QonQer - Pazzanistraat 41

Ik heb nu al een tijdje een Qonqer en ben er erg happy mee. Het is echt een topfiets. De motor is lekker stil en de e-bike geeft een hele goede ondersteuning bij het fietsen. Veel of weinig ondersteuning, wat ik maar wil of op dat moment nodig heb. Ik wilde nooit een e-bike, maar nu wil ik niets anders meer.

Ich habe mein QonQer Sport in weiß online über die website bestellt und es wurde ca. 3 Wochen später geliefert, alles ohne Probleme. Ich finde es ist ein exzellentes bike für den urbanen Bereich und mehr. Ich habe mein bike mit Federgabel, Lenkervorbau, Sattelfederung, Gepäckträger und Kettenschutz bestellt, da knackt man leicht die 23 kg. Mit Schloss, Tasche und Handyhalterung und Kleinkrams wiegt meins jetzt ca. 26 kg. Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem bike, man merkt eigentlich gar nicht wirklich, dass man auf einem e-bike bzw. Pedelec sitzt. Das Fahren fühlt sich durch den gut eingestellten Drehmomentsensor völlig natürlich an. Man merkt zwar die Unterstützung aber man bekommt nicht so einen plötzlichen übermäßigen Schub/Ruck wie bei manch anderen Bikes. Der Sensor passt sich meiner Meinung sehr gut an den Fahrer an, je stärker man tritt umso mehr Unterstützung bekommt man. Super gemacht! Die Schaltung ist ziemlich leise, reagiert schnell und schaltet butterweich. Die hydraulischen Bremsen sind gut zu dosieren und meiner Meinung nach auch ausreichend für das doch etwas höhere Gewicht. Fahre jetzt ca. 3 Monate damit und lasse mein Auto im Moment ziemlich links liegen. Tut mir echt leid um das arme Auto :) Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden, Preis Leistung stimmt. Vielen Dank an das QonQer Team, top Service. Kurz zur Info: Abweichend von der Beschreibung auf der QonQer website, wurde mein Bike mit Shimano Alivio Schaltung anstatt mit Shimano Altus ausgerüstet. Die Bremsen sind von Tektro (Dorado HD E715) anstatt von Shimano. Die Reifen sind nicht von Continental wie auf dem Foto, sondern es wurden die Schwalbe road cruiser plus verbaut.

Habe das Bike als Leasing. Habe es jetzt 18 Monate und ungefähr 3800 km bewegt. Einmal musste es wegen einem Defekt am Kontroller eingesendet werden. Ansonsten üblicher Verschleiß. Ist für mich Ei. Gutes Stadtfahrrad. Nervig ist der Widerstand des Motors wenn der Akku leer ist. Da hat man ein leichtes Gefühl des Widerstandes. Bei 26 regelt der Motor ab. Ich hätte mit gewünscht es wäre erst bei 28. Sein Geld ist es wert. Ob ich es nochmals kaufen würde eher nicht wegen dem Widerstand wenn Akku leer.

It's literally a brick. Got the bike for one year now, I have had multiple items break on it, replacement battery, things snapping off, problems that never got solved like the display showing random battery precentages that are not accurate at al (one minute its 80% the next its 52%), random enige support. The bikes need constant maintenance to even be able to ride it. I regret buying this bike, please don't spend your money on this piece of sh*t.

Nothing but trouble since i have it. Bike keeps losing power after each bump. Service won't replace the bike after requests. Not a smooth experience. The bike is nice though, if it works.

Avoid - Contracted a qonqer lease bike - Biggest mistake I could make - We have had issues with the bike since the beginning. All the parts on the bike are flimsy and of very low quality, cheap wobbly mudguards, a inconsistent light and motor thats also inconsistent. Battery is bad as it does not charge up to 100%, were still waiting on that and there are countless more issues. Overall it is not a trustworthy bike which defeats the purpose of getting an Ebike since its is supposed to give you freedom.- This proviedes the opposite. Now were stuck with a Ebike that does us no good. There are much better bikes out there for similar price. Dont make the same mistake we did.

Super happy with my handsome QonQer Too! The Bafang system works great (the same as 3T uses for its e-gravel bikes) and the bike is perfect for me riding gravel and longer rides on normal roads. Having back- and neckproblems I rebuilt the bike a bit with adjustable steer and softer saddle, making it look a bit less good unfortunately... but the fact that this is all possible made it possible for me to finally get on the road again! Information, contact and quick response were very good. I found it a bit risky to order the bike online while I never rode on it. But they could reassure me on many points and advised the right options.

Ordering: Ordering from website is easy and convenient, bike arrived about 3/4 weeks after ordering (website stated 2 weeks) so had to be patient, but was worth the wait! Since I ordered without carrier the back-light should be in the box separately but unfortunately it wasn't, about 3 weeks later it's still on it's way, but Qonqer service has been responsive and trying to fix it. Hopefully will arrive soon! Bike itself (QonQer One Sport): So far that I can see after about 3 weeks of use, good build quality, uses quality materials from Bafang and Shimano, gears are good and snappy, seat is nice to sit on. You have to sit in a 'sporty' posture which I wasn't used to, but after a while it grows on you. The paint job is done really nice, the color pops! I had a tiny issue with a setting for me personally that I wanted to change but was unable to do myself, it was quickly resolved by QonQer who came by at my house with a van. After that, cycling on this bike is an absolute joy, battery seems to last for quite some range (I do recommend the bigger one, it's worth the extra money). Overall: Good service, good bike. Will try to update this review in a half a year, see how the bike performs after a half year of use.
