You suppose to bring a good product at the market? Some of these are and,some arenβt ,as you can see,as well, peopleβs reviews.
My e bike costs me 1.900 β¬. I do not know how much is it for you guys but,for a normal working class that is like a,monthly check for 20 working days .
If you make something that cannot satisfies all of your clients, you should change your advertising campaign and make sure that , your bikes are made for those people kind,that make no problems if there is a problem and simply got a money enough for another bike or eventually new battery.
You canβt deny or ignore those people thatβs seeking for an answer or advice. They bought your product and only you are responsible for that. Dealers are very nice until they fix the deal. After that, you are on your own.
So you should consider that,all those people that are writing or trying to reach you have no other option.
They canβt just agree with that,and go to get a new one. Every and each bike that you make and sell should be good. So you can be proud of what you are doing.
Ps.
My bike looks beautiful . Frame quality great. Why donβt you make sure that battery life is working well.
Even following the advice for using, it dies fast. Donβt you think that 524β¬ is much for a new battery?
You better make sure that you compensate your customers for part of that cost. Thatβs the way to get solid business to a solid position .

β β β β β I bought a MN380 from a dealer, with Enviolo and 750Wh, spicy rib from my body (4200 Euro after some discount). Dealer did not get the operation working properly, and called Qwic if he - or I - could show the bike for technical advice; "no", that was not allowed! I was at the telephone call where the dealer asked for technical advice; "You can watch videos on the internet as the best dealer, just go there". Unable to manage, some parts back to Enviolo, no longer in stock, completely new bike from Qwic towards the dealer, ALSO not good, I canceled the purchase. I am looking for relaxation and no stress. Bad experience!
I also drove to Ijburg on my own account, but it was made very clear to me that consumers should get out of there quickly, not even a friendly cup of coffee when I told them that I have a brand new bike with problems after paying 4200,-. Keep going like that, but know that it is the consumer who ultimately settles the bill and write comments.

β β β β β To replace the motor of a 2016 bike you need 1000+ EUR, because they don't have spare parts. Go for another brand that you can easily find parts,not this one
