At delivery of the products, some of it was damaged/broken (it is porcelain through the mail, afterall). After sending a photo of the goods, they replaced it without hesitation. Besides the good service i'm getting compliments through the roof about how cool it looks. But that's subjective. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and these guys have it.
