Located in the central parking of Marken this little cafe/shop is one of those gems you encounter in the most unusual places that will surprise and delight you and most certainly will warm your heart. Everything at R-BIJ seems to be made with love, from the absolutely delicious home-made fruit tarts (the plum tart is a MUST!!!) to the beautiful bracelets and colourful pillows. Stepping inside feels like entering the most calming of spaces where you can drift off for hours enjoying every small detail. Everything is so tastefully made and arranged by the owner, it was an absolute pleasure to visit and can only highly recommend it!
