★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net als taxichauffeur daar 2.5 uur staan te wachten bij de ehbo ze hebben er lekkere koffie en een vriendelijk jonge dame achter de balie zitten ze was ook erg behulpzaam om even de beveiliging te bellen toen me taxi niet meer wilde starten bedankt hier voor
Just as a taxi driver is waiting there for 2.5 hours at the first aid room, they have nice coffee and a friendly young lady sitting behind the counter. She was also very helpful to just call the security department when my taxi no longer wanted to start. Thanks for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben hier uitstekend opgevangen (Eerste Hart Hulp), door zeer kundig en vriendelijk personeel. Prioriteit is wegnemen van paniek, pijn en vragen, en dat helpt enorm.
Door grote drukte op deze afdeling kan het, na de eerste testen en bloedafnames, lang duren - maar wachten voelt altijd lang als je op een uitslag hoopt...
Deze mensen gingen ook zeer adequaat om met de diverse situaties die ze continu voorgeschoteld krijgen, en ondanks de enorme drukte die dag toch zonder gevoel van paniek op de gang.
Mocht het onverhoopt nodig zijn & ik kan kiezen, dan is Radboud SEH mijn eerste keus.
I received excellent care here (Eerste Hart Hulp), by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Priority is alleviating panic, pain and questions, and that helps enormously.
Due to the high pressure in this department, it can take a long time after the first tests and blood samples - but waiting always feels long when you are hoping for a result ...
These people also dealt very adequately with the various situations that they are continuously presented with, and despite the enormous busyness that day, without any feeling of panic in the hallway.
In the unlikely event that it is necessary & I can choose, then Radboud ER is my first choice.
