β β β β β Waardeloos. zij hebben mij terug naar huis gestuurd. "Mevrouw, u mag na zes weken na de Poli voor verdere onderzoeken"'. Ik hoestte bloed. Maar ik ben koppig en de volgende dag zat ik weer daar. Het was toch een grote abces in de longen. Heel gevaarlijk verhaal. Meteen opgenomen. Twee weken lang.
Worthless. they sent me back home. "Madam, you can go for further examinations after six weeks after the Poli". I coughed blood. But I'm stubborn and the next day I was sitting there again. It was a big abscess in the lungs after all. Very dangerous story. Recorded immediately. For two weeks.

β β β β β Ik kom hier al sinds mijn jeugd en ik heb altijd al een prettig gevoel dat ze mij meteen kennen en kunnen doorverwijzen naar de arts die in mijn epilepsie gespecialiseerd is. Niets te klagen over de behandeling van dit ziekenhuis.
I have been coming here since I was a child and I have always had a good feeling that they know me immediately and can refer me to the doctor who specializes in my epilepsy. Nothing to complain about the treatment of this hospital.

β β β β β Om met dit ziekenhuis samen te werken is een hel. Je word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Een van onze clienten was geholpen in het ziekenhuis. Had een medisch rapport nodig, maar niemand die kan helpen. Het enige wat je van de vrouw aan de telefoon krijgt: "Sorry maar ik ben geen receptioniste".
To work with this hospital is hell. You are sent from the box to the wall. One of our clients was helped in the hospital. Needed a medical report, but nobody can help. The only thing you get from the woman on the phone: "Sorry but I am not a receptionist".

β β β β β Zeer botte medewerkers, nul empathie. Onbegrijpelijk hoe dit soort mensen in de zorg belanden. Ik ben zwanger met lekkend vruchtwater. Vertelt de dame achter de balie doodleuk dat ik niet zomaar een ziekenhuis in kan lopen omdat het een "medisch gespecialiseerd" ziekenhuis is. Bedankt voor deze tip, ik zal mijn baby wel gewoon laten sterven de volgende keer zodat ik jullie niet tot last ben.
Very rude employees, zero empathy. It is incomprehensible how these types of people end up in healthcare. I am pregnant with leaking amniotic fluid. The lady behind the counter casually tells me that I cannot just walk into a hospital because it is a "medical specialized" hospital. Thanks for this tip, I'll just let my baby die next time so I don't bother you.

Very curt, unhelpful and refuse to prescribe me medicine for the epilepsy.

β β β β β Great facilities but terrible human resources. The nurse and the doctor who check me were not polite at all. They were all time mocking and laugh about myself!!! Very uncomfortable and sad being checked this kind of people!!!! Monsters!!! I don't want to believe the way they cared was because I'm a foreign and don't speak Dutch.

β β β β β The worst urgent care! Iβm so disappointed as a non dutch speaking foreigner living in Rotterdam. Firstly, the staff can speak English fluently but they wonβt bother and especially one specific lady working at the front desk. The front desk at urgent care is extremely important since itβs the first contact point for the patient in urgent need. Iβve encountered this lady two out of two times I went to the urgent care (both for traffic accidents) and she was more than rude. I explained to her what happened and asked if there is any doctor who could check me out since my knee got blue and tripled in size. Without any further questions she told me that Iβll need to pay around 350β¬ for RTG and that my European health insurance isnβt valid there. I got my knee checked after 6 hours and after the lady switched shifts without a single cent to pay. Then I went there with my roommate and the same situation happened. Super angry and disappointed having to deal with the pain plus the rude staff.
