Gelijk even gebeld om te kijken waar de fout zit en idd foutje van de administratie. Toezegging wordt geregeld echter nu aanmaningen aan het ontvangen. Weer gebeld en eerst maar liefst 26 MIN in de wacht om hetzelfde te horen. Hopen dat het nu wel geregeld is maar heb niet echt een hoge pet op van Radiuz. Niet zo netjes dat jullie er samen niet uitkomen met de ANWB. Onacceptabel dat je de klant hiermee lastig valt! De klant wordt aan het werk gezet om zijn geld terug te krijgen, wat onterecht van de rekening wordt gehaald! Schande! P	Pim Nieuwenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Begin hier niet aan, al denk je er aan niet doen. Ben een jaar bezig geweest om mijn rekening nummer aan te passen van de anwb mobiliteitskaart. Is ze in een jaar niet gelukt. Nu is er iets mis gegaan met de betaling en heb nu incasso kosten op me nek. Hoor net van de anwb dat radiuz niet wil schikken en verwachten van mij dat ik alles betaal. Tip voor radiuz als iemand niet kan betalen door jullie fout stuur een acceptgiro dan krijgt iemand de kans om te betalen. Buiten dat om zijn de medewerkers erg bijdehand gelukkig alleen per mail bellen doen ze niet aan. Als ik niet een normaal gesprek krijg met iemand van radiuz zelf via bel contact ben ik helaas genood zaakt om verder mijn nieuws rond te moeten brengen op het web.
