j	jll259 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte vor längerer Zeit mein Mountain Bike dort in der Werkstatt abgegeben. Beide hydraulischen Scheibenbremsen (Shimano XT) sollten entlüftet werden und dann noch noch ein Schaltseil ersetzt werden. Von den beiden Bremsen war am Ende nur eine vernünftig entlüftet, bei der anderen konnte ich den Bremshebel ohne Wirkung bis zum Lenker ziehen. Der Werkstattmitarbeiter meinte daraufhin, dass es an den "runtergefahrenen Bremsbelägen" liegt. Geht´s noch?? Schaltseil wurde zwar gewechselt, aber die Schaltung danach nicht wirklich eingestellt. In meinen Augen einfach inkompetent. Gezahlt habe ich knapp 63 EUR dafür, dass 2 von 3 Reparaturen nicht zufriedenstellend erledigt wurden. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich lieber die 35 km Anfahrt zum Händler, von dem ich das Rad gekauft habe, auf mich nehmen. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind definitiv versierter. Nachtrag: Anschließend hat sich beim Händler meiner Wahl herausgestellt, dass an der Schaltung nichts gemacht wurde, das Schaltseil wurde zwar berechnet, aber weder gewechselt noch die Schaltung eingestellt. Dafür hat die "Meisterwerkstatt" meine XT-Schalthebel kaputt gemacht (das Gewinde im Gehäuseeingang). NIE WIEDER Jepkens! A long time ago I left my mountain bike in the workshop. Both hydraulic disc brakes (Shimano XT) should be bled and then a shift cable should be replaced. In the end, only one of the two brakes was properly vented, the other I was able to pull the brake lever up to the handlebars without any effect. The workshop employee then said that it is due to the "down brake pads". Are you crazy?? Shift cable was changed, but the gearshift was not really adjusted afterwards. Simply incompetent in my eyes. I paid almost EUR 63 for the fact that 2 out of 3 repairs were not done satisfactorily. Next time I will rather take the 35 km journey to the dealer from whom I bought the bike. The staff there are definitely more adept. Addendum: Then it turned out at the dealer of my choice that nothing had been done on the gearshift, the gearshift cable was calculated, but neither was changed nor the gearshift set. For this, the "master workshop" broke my XT shift lever (the thread in the housing entrance). NEVER AGAIN Jepkens!
