★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real Italian food from the south of Italy. Fresh, tasty and they keep getting better and better. The staff is so nice and friendly. They want to improve and if you say something about it they take it seriously. Definitely recommend as one of the coolest Italian restaurant of Leiden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pizza via thuisbezorgd. The pizza was folded in half (calzone). A bit too salty for my taste. Also had very large chunks of hard cheese in the middle. The ham was also very chunky and I couldn’t find the salami. Expected more because of the positive reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've heard a lot a good things about this place, but I didn't really like the pizza. We had two different ones, and both were kind of soggy, maybe undercooked. The toppings were sparse, and the salami on the Diavola was very chewy. Also: What is the deal with the giant mozzarella pieces? Weird... All of this for a premium price, almost 30€ for two pizzas, including delivery. I'm not a fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their customer service exceeded all my expectations. You can tell they really care. And their food is the absolute best pasta we've had since we visited Italy. You won't find a better Italian place in Leiden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dinner here tonight and the food was unbelievable! We ordered a pizza and carbonara pasta and both of them were incredible, so if you wanna eat real Italian food in Leiden, come by.
Besides, the staff is super friendly. We will come back again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious, I have been several times and I tried two different pastas (one better than the other), the pizza (authentic) and the caprese (mozzarella freschissima) .. Everything was excellent and the service impeccable! Thank you to the Ragù staff, will surely come back!

Take-away pizza was the best I've had in Leiden. Definitely will go here again.
I have not had the chance to eat in, but plan to do so in the future (they have like 3 tables in total, so it's super intimate!)
