p	petra van Ham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag uit Nijmegen speciaal naar de Rambam winkel in Eindhoven gereden waar we ieder jaar in de Kerstvakantie kleren kopen. We wilde 4 kledingstukken kopen waarvan er 3 waren afgeprijsd. Bij de kassa vertelde de juffrouw dat een van de kledingstukken niet afgeprijsd was terwijl het kledingstuk duidelijk in het rek van de afgeprijsde kledingstukken hing en ook op het kaartje de korting vermeld stond. De handelswijze van de verkoper vinden wij zeer onjuist. Als op een artikel een afprijzing wordt vermeld dan MOET de winkelier dit ook voor die prijs verkopen. De verkoper wilde niet wijken van zijn standpunt. Wij vinden dit niet kunnen en hebben geen artikelen gekocht. Indien deze handelswijze wordt toegepast is dit geen reclame voor uw bedrijf en voor ons geen reden meer om uw winkel te bezoeken. Dit hebben wij nog nooit meegemaakt dat voor afgeprijsde artikelen het volle pond moet worden betaald. Today from Nijmegen we drove to the Rambam store in Eindhoven where we buy clothes every year during the Christmas holidays. We wanted to buy 4 pieces of clothing, 3 of which were discounted. At the checkout, the lady said that one of the items of clothing was not discounted, while the item of clothing was clearly in the rack of the discounted items of clothing and the discount was also stated on the ticket. We find the seller's behavior to be very incorrect. If an item is marked with a discount, the retailer MUST also sell it for that price. The seller did not want to depart from his point of view. We think this is not possible and have not bought any items. If this procedure is applied, this is not an advertisement for your company and no longer a reason for us to visit your store. We have never experienced this before paying full pounds for discounted items.

Hiervoor kom ik graag vanuit Tilburg naar Eindhoven. Gisteren weer twee mooie broeken gekocht :-) TOP shop. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable in helping you find the perfect pair of jeans for you. For this I like to come from Tilburg to Eindhoven. Yesterday bought two nice pants again :-)

Kon na tijdje gelijk naar binnen na de formaliteiten. 3 truien gekocht. Ook gewoon rustig kunnen snuffelen. Niks opdringen ofzo . Walked by the store and asked the employee about the shop appointments? Not occupied for the first time. Could go in immediately after the formalities. Bought 3 sweaters. You can also just browse quietly. Don't impose anything or anything.

Staff is very friendly and dedicated to make sure you leave with a good purchase. They're also very helpful when it comes to returning pieces. I once had a shirt for 1 month and it was damaged (not due to myself). They investigated and I could pick a new shirt for free.
