★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zondagavond om 21.12 uur eten besteld via Foodora. Op de website werd netjes aangegeven dat de verwachte levertijd 33 minuten was. Dat werd echter al gauw 45 minuten. Uiteindelijk werd mijn bestelling om 22.03 uur door Foodora geannuleerd. Ze konder mijn bestelling niet uitvoeren. Toen kon ik elders natuurlijk niks meer bestellen. Hopeloze service.
Ordered food through Foodora on Sunday evening at 9.12 pm. The website clearly stated that the expected delivery time was 33 minutes. However, that soon became 45 minutes. Finally my order was canceled by Foodora at 10:03 pm. They couldn't fulfill my order. Then of course I couldn't order anything else elsewhere. Hopeless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering through foodora, and unfortunately verify if the order was correct until after the driver left. I was delivered the wrong food which was worth less than I paid. No phone number to call to say something is wrong. I will not be using this "service" again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Foodora in Eindhoven. I ordered my food and I was very much looking forward to enjoying eating it. The "Process tracker" showed when my order was received at the restaurant, when it was cooked and passed on to the driver and the map showed the path the driver was making towards my house, finally the order appeared as "delivered" on the page.
Yet, there is no food in front of me. Ok... So I wait a couple of minutes. Nothing. I contact customer service, they take more than 5 minutes just to track down my order. At this point I'm hoping its just a delay. Nope.
Apparently the delivery boy, whom I had tipped 1 euro through my order, spilled my food on the way here.
So I placed an order, it was spilled on the way to be deliver, I had to contact customer service to actually know what happened to it because it was marked as delivered and I couldn't place another order to replace the one I lost.
Whelp...
At least they did something to make up for their mistake right?
Nope. just money back and a "sorry" from customer service.
A company that offers services with awful service. Never again.
