The price for the amount that you get is not that much, so I recommend you to get the extra noodles. There is one issue though that can improve. The extra noodles are served half way of your meal, and they don't cook it enough time (too chewy compared to the initial ones). I guess is because your ramen soup is not warm anymore. The spicy levels are mild for me, so if you want it very spicy, go for double

There is no drink, except hot teas, but they serve you water. Hope people would understand that cause it’s kinda part of the concept ? The ramen was just perfect from the slices of bambou to the soup, nothing to add. No too salted, not too spicy, not too much. The noodles are perfectly ‘sliced’? No too thin not thicked. AND the SOUP ??? my god, first time that was such a pleasure to eat/drink it! Soooo you want perfect ramen, you know where to go now ?? Also, thumbs up to the interior (would appreciate to know where you got those boards, thinking of getting one of those myself ?) Bedankt!

If you are feeling a bit anti social and want barriers between you and other people, come here to slurp through your ramen bowl. I enjoyed my bowl of noodles. Food was served pretty quickly.and they do pork, probably only 1 out of 3 other places that have pork ramen.

Easy to reach from the main station and also very easy to spot because of the giant Mario statue behind the window. Incredible staff, always cheerful. Food has a lot of options and the time used for preparation is fast. It's also really nice to see the cooks working from your seating position, which makes this restaurant more personal instead of the big brand restaurants who put you somewhere in a corner. I would definitely come here again, as this place has risen to my number one favorite place to eat in Amsterdam.
