About Rasalila
‘rasalila’ (sanskriet) is de titel van een traditioneel Indiaas liefdesverhaal, waarin Krishna’s de hele nacht met de koeherdersmeisjes (Gopi’s) van Vrindavana danst. Op een betoverende herfstavond verleid Krishna, spelend op zijn fluit, de Gopis huis en haard te verlaten om met hem te komen dansen. Hij dupliceert zichzelf en danst met elk meisje tegelijkertijd in een cirkel. Ze geloven hem ieder voor zichzelf te hebben. Uiteindelijk leert Krishna de meisjes om hun ego en verlangen naar materiële zaken los te laten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructors are great and you don't need to bring your own equipment , although I would recommend brining a yoga mat towel or cover to put on top of theirs. Theirs are really thin and well used by all the other students .
Big complaint is that it gets really noisy. If the windows are open, and you'll want them open cause it gets so hot in the room, you hear the adjacent classes, the children outside, etc. Very difficult to concentrate. If you can get beyond that - unfortunately I can't - then you should definitely check this out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of my favorite studio's in the whole wide world! This place is run with a lot of love and it shows. The vibe is awesome and the lesson schedule is varied and fun. All teachers are super friendly and helpful and the whole studio community is very welcoming. I can only recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this studio! Its very cosy and there is a great atmosphere. The Burlesque courses are absolutely wonderful, but I also recommend the pole classes, wonder woman workout and flex and stretch. The classes that are offered are very diverse with lots of personal attention.
