★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a sneak preview of this new studio & it’s just beautiful! Natasha has another wonderful location for classes with fabulous variety. Can’t believe how tranquil it is in spite of its central busy location. It’s an oasis in a city jungle. Amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful studio, very down to earth Cosmic Flow and Aromatherapy yoga classes. It's a little slice of heaven in busy Amsterdam, and one of my favorite studios to book my OneFit classes at. I'd advise anyone to give it a shot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to their classes twice, the second time was not a good experience. Firstly the teacher discussed death of a friend as part of the motivation, which I felt was not the place to do, as I would expect to release some tension in a restorative class, not to be processing the teacher's personal journey. I felt we were an audience to her. But the reason that I actually bothered to leave a review was that after what was supposed to be a relaxing and meditative class, myself and another girl were the first one's to put the mats away and leave the room. The teacher darted into the changing room and in a very sharp voice said "I did ask you to put the mats away, or perhaps was I not clear enough". We both said that we cleaned up our mats, and sh stared at us in disbelief and walked of without saying sorry. Not a relaxing experience at all and I won't be back. I think this lady should try going to some classes herself before she starts teaching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been following the prenatal/postnatal classes by Kyla at the Cosmos for a few months now and each time the experience was great. The teacher is specialized in prenatal/postnatal yoga and her classes are tailored to deliver gentle, relaxing, soothing and restorative exercise in this period of life when many women lack energy and rest. I especially like the Sunday class with Ayurvedic circle at the end, where the teacher shares her knowledge and very practical tips on introducing (ayurvedic) lifestyle changes for better pregnancy and postpartum. The place itself is very pleasant, clean, with a lot of light and calm atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The majority of the teachers are lovely and is such a beautiful space to practice yoga however the price is a bit much considering other yoga studios in Amsterdam. Also I found the person dealing with the memberships to be aggressive and lacking in clear communication, if you're looking for spirituality you can definitely find it in some of the teachers however not embedded in the roots of the cosmos business.
To respond to the response - my dissatisfaction was not with the company having to go with government policy but the way the cosmos dealt with the situation of me wanting to stop my membership, their attitude was far from pleasant.
