★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an expensive bait boat , which had some technical faults so i took it back , it took some time to get my new one but they did everything possible to help me until it arrived .. they even gave me the demo boat to use ... awesome experience , friendly staff and a big choice if products ..

If I could put 0 stars I would. Unfortunately the minimum required is 1 star. But this company is not even worth 0 star.

Ordering 3 products when the product status was still showing as "new" one week later aft I emailed wrongly asking for the shipment hasn't arrived yet, I got informed that one product from the 3 products I ordered is is no longer available, when all of them were in new status when I ordered them!
Customer service are unprofessional, below 0 on how they treat you as a customer! not even sorry for the mistake or whatever they made! Ignoring what you say and just focusing on arranging for a refund when they made me lose time looking and driving to shops to buy the product as I was planning to go on a trip!
I asked them to provide with a similar product they said you can look in the site! like they couldn't not look and find a solution for their customer!
After all no discount or compensation was arranged for all the hussle!
Very disappointed and would never ever buy from here again!
