Britt houdt alles keurig bij, is betrouwbaar en vriendelijk. Nice shop with a new owner Britt Hogenes for some time now. The previous reviews are from a long time ago, so no longer relevant. Soms neem ik ook spulletjes mee als ik iets leuks tegenkom. Laatst zelfs foto’s gemaakt en voor vriendin spullen meegenomen. Die was super blij. Diversiteit aan leuke kleding, tassen en schoenen. Ik rij er voor naar Amstelveen vanuit Rotterdam. Neem ook vaak spullen van vriendinnen mee. Gezellige fijne winkel? met koffietje als je zin hebt. Ze geeft goed kleding advies en weet precies wat ze in de winkel heeft hangen. Zo kan ik altijd vragen voor hulp of een specifiek item om mijn outfit af te maken. Ze heeft prachtige extravagante merk items, maar ook wat simpelere must-haves voor een goede prijs! Ik krijg overal complimentjes als ik kleding van Re-Style aan heb, echt waar! En het beste is natuurlijk dat dit hele concept goed is voor het milieu! Britt heeft hart voor haar winkel, en ik vind het knap hoe ze zo’n mooie gezellige winkel runt! I always succeed at Re-Style! Sadly I felt like she was disappointed I purchased only one piece after trying around 12. Twice, she asked me in a rather cold and dry tone: “so, of all these pieces, only 1 fits?” Then she asked me to place everything back on the racks « otherwise, I have to do it all by myself » she said. I was with 2 friends and together we had already put all the clothes neatly on the hangers, but we had no clue where everything went. She eventually changed her mind and decided to do it by herself. I have no idea why all of a sudden, she did not mind « doing it all by herself » ? In any case, we purchase that one dress only, but I felt like returning it right away because the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth. This is not how I want to be treated as a client, as if my business is « not enough ». Not attracted to go there again.
