M	Marc Went on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vriendelijke arts, vlak voor mijn vakantie overgestapt, oude huisarts had niet op tijd mijn dossier overgestuurd, maar was geen probleem. Arts heeft mij vriendelijk te woord gestaan en mij netjes uitgehoord. Veel betere omgang dan mijn oude huisarts Very friendly doctor, switched just before my vacation, old doctor had not sent my file on time, but was no problem. The doctor spoke to me in a friendly manner and neatly heard me out. Much better interaction than my old doctor
A	Antje vGK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben zeer tevreden. Al het eerste telefoongesprek met de receptie/assistente was goed; ik werd geduldig te woord gestaan en geadviseerd. Vriendelijk ingerichte wachtkamer en praktijkruimte, erg aardige en volgens mij ook zeer kundige en ervaren arts, die de tijd neemt, goed luistert en goed uitlegt. I am very satisfied. Already the first phone call with the reception / assistant was good; I was patiently assisted and advised. Friendly furnished waiting room and practice room, very nice and in my opinion very knowledgeable and experienced doctor, who takes the time, listens well and explains well.
P	Peter de Lange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer fijne praktijk waar men ondanks de drukte tijd voor je neemt en er goed wordt geluisterd naar je klachten. Very nice practice where, despite the crowds, they take time for you and listen carefully to your complaints.

Bij binnenkomen heb aangegeven dat ik het uitnodiging had gekregen maar mijn vrouw nog niet, zelf leeftijd, wij zijn 2 onder een kap, vroeg ik, kan mij vrouw hier bellen of wat moet zij doen voor het prik; antwoord; GGD bellen of wachten voor uitnodiging, oké tot zover prima. 7 minuten later is gezegd wij hebben prikken over, ineens dacht ik, misschien en beetje geluk voor mij vrouw maar nee niets:; toen begone het vrienden dienst, bellen hier en dar, je mag komen en je mag komen en binnen 3 minuten mogen 4 mensen ( vrienden ) langs komen zonder uitnodiging voor de prik, terwijl mij vrouw buiten op mij wacht, en dat makt mij bos, ik kan niets goeds bedenken over deze situatie, deze praktijk is niet goed bezig op deze manier. I am very disappointed and bos, got a corona shot today. When I entered I indicated that I had received the invitation but my wife not yet, age herself, we are 2 under one hood, I asked, can my wife call here or what should she do for the injection; answer; Call the GGD or wait for an invitation, okay so far, fine. 7 minutes later it was said that we have been talking about it, all of a sudden I thought, maybe and a little bit of luck for my wife but no nothing :; then the friends service started, call here and there, you can come and you can come and within 3 minutes 4 people (friends) can come along without an invitation for the injection, while my wife is waiting for me outside, and that makes me forest, I can't think of anything good about this situation, this practice is not doing well this way.

T	Tory J Almond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice doctor. Very nice location. Clean. Saw me quite quickly. My normal doctor was out of town, so I was referred here. Hence the 3 stars. My experience was frustrating though. Went in with two leaking ears, a very bad sinus infection, and a good deal of pain. Was told ear infections are usually viral and antibiotics won't help (which my nurse friends and the emergency doctor a few days later told me is not true, they usually come from a bad sinus infection which is bacterial, which is helped by antibiotics. Especially in adults). I mentioned I've dealt with this most of my life and now how to deal with it. But was given a nose spray to try. It did nothing and two days later I was in the emergency after hours doctor with extreme pain and inflammation. Fortunately after an actual thorough review of my situation (asking lots of questions and feeling different areas) they gave me the needed antibiotics and even pain killers to help deal with the great pain I was now in. I'm sure he's great for other things, but when it comes to ear and sinus infections...seek help elsewhere. But good luck with that because it seems this is the general view of doctors in the area. Sleep, nose spray, and paracetamol. Had a friend constantly battling with sinus infections for years. Several of us told him to demand antibiotics. He did and hasn't had an issue since.

Gobel's reply I called his Praktijk and scheduled an appointment to explain once again how disappointed I was with his reply to the situation. 1 - I told him I did not arrive later than 15:20 and I have an uber receipt to prove it. 2- I was not in any moment rude/impolite to his assistant and 3- The assistant never gave me an option to wait for another appointment, actually they never even called to know if I was feeling well. --> resume I told him he should have asked me what happened before replying here false facts. BTW on my last visit I had to wait him for 15 min. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.. ! FIRST REVIEW TEXT — Very disappointed at this huisartspraktijk. I have being there a couple of times always in time and had to wait normally 30 min to see the doctor... in the only day that I arrived 10 min later the assistant said they would not see me..because I was too late..and the doctor only works with scheduled time (which is not true... I had to wait 30 min the last two times i have been there) I explained the roads were all closed, and even got an uber to get there " in time" and was really in need because I was already in pain and with fever for 2 days. The receptionist (an old not so friendly woman) said.. no ..you were 10 min too late the doctor will not see you. I had to go to a spoed post and I will unregister from the Praktijk. NOTE: There was only 1 person in the waiting room and they are supposed to be open until 17:00, my appointment was 15:10 I arrived 15:20.

I asked "We'd like to know if any possibility seeing a doctor today." she said "For what", I said, "Fever, high fever." She said no with a 3 seconds silence, I asked "Then do you know where should we go" She said "I don't know" then hang up the phone. I was so shocked of such an attitude of so-called "customer service" Don't visit there.
