β β β β β Very unprofessional service from the start. We sent an email , got a reply back quickly if we could see the apartment the next day, immediately we answered and asked if it was possible to see more properties. We never got a reply , so we werenβt sure if the appointment was still on. Luckily the lady was there, however the apartment that she showed did not even closely match the pictures shown on the website. It said it was a 2 room apartment it ended up being a studio with a bathroom integrated in the bedroom with no separation at all. The lady was very unprofessional, couldnβt even answer simple questions about the apartment . We had shown interest in other apartments offered by them, however she didnβt even make any effort in showing them to us. It wasnβt possible now so she couldnβt... she didnβt even try to offer us a different day to come and visit the other apartments whatsoever. I would not recommend this agency.

β β β β β LW23 is a very professional agency. The staff is very willing to help and find you a new home. They have many beautiful apartments, which are taken good care of. Most of them are recently renovated.
They are very friendly and take everything very serious. LW23 is known by their fast, professional and friendly service. I would definitely recommend LW23 if you're looking for a new home!

β β β β β I was looking for an apartment, and in just some visit in a same day with this company I found the perfect home, with a team really reactive and so great, everything was sort of so fast and I went to live in my new home just after 1 week!
I highly recommend Real Estate LW23 if you are looking for your perfect home!

β β β β β LW23 was a great housing agency for me for several reasons. Our house viewing was ordinary, and after we got the house LW23 really gave us the extraordinary treat. I had several doubts & questions, they would reply kindly and fast. Even I was allowed a second private viewing to measure the space, something I hugely appreciated. To me they're very expat friendly and polite. I feel they're honest during the transactions so I can't feel more easy about being LW23 my real estate agency.

β β β β β Searching for an apartment in Randstad is generally problematic and time consuming thing. Out of all makelaars out there, LW23 was the one that was most responsive to my queries and thanks to good scheduling I was able to see two different properties at their disposal at the same day. Right now I am a happy renter of one of those properties! :) LW23 is reasonably responsive and exemplary helpful with arranging us a maintenance or G/W/E contracts. Really positive experience for me.

Friendly encountering during the viewing of the apartment.
Got the response quickly when I got selected for the apartment and had a couple of email exchanges to clarify queries.
The bad:
It was impossible to get hold of someone on the phone.Only choice was to wait for the response via emails.
The ugly:
Had a terrible experience on my moving day.A simple request to come earlier for the key handover was blown out of proportion. Rude comments were made about making a mistake to choose me for this place. (Not sure what he meant exactly) .I would be homeless and checking into a hotel if I didn't swallow my pride & embarrassment to get the keys and move in ( in tears). He put the keys on the kitchen counter and stormed out . Never experience such unprofessionalism.
The rest:
I lived in the apartment for exactly a year. I didn't (want to )have any interaction and took couple of months to get over the bitter experience. I was glad to move out. Got my deposit back with the deduction for cleaning as per the contract.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the charming apartment. I only wish moving day was dealt with professionally. Disappointed
