★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, I cannot complain. My company found an apartment for me and as soon as they declared interest on the apartment, Rootsvast reserved the apartment and removed it from the website.
Everything went smoothly for the rent, Rob sent the documentation pretty fast. Whenever I have a question about the apartment or anything related to it, I am given responses pretty fast. So far so good. :)

I emailed about an apartment on Sunday evening, and Monday morning I had a response from Rob. He showed me the apartment on Wednesday and got the paperwork going that day. Rob was very helpful, professional, and really listened to what we were looking for in a place to live. We love the apartment and would highly recommend Rob and Rotsvast!

The same day I viewed the apartment Rob got the paperwork going and it was finalized within the next two days. Rob is very friendly and trustworthy to work with and answers any questions that come along the way. I would definitely recommend working with Rotsvast Haarlem - especially as an expat!
