β β β β β Passed by during biking, amazed by how blue the water is. Brave people already swimming there and according to the locals, summer can be quite busy, recommend!

β β β β β Lovely little place to hang out both in summer and winter. It's surrounded by forrest. And the little lake itself is surrounded by beach. So in the summer it's great for getting a tan. Sometimes in the winter you can iceskate.

β β β β β Wonderful recreational place. Nice big beach and round lake that goes gradually deep. Pretty good for kids to play in the low water. The forest around is pretty nice and big and it allows for some nice walks or bike rides. It can be pretty busy during summer holiday season though

β β β β β This is a beautiful lake. It was almost deserted in late March but still super beautiful! However, the water does not look clean at all. I would never swim here!

β β β β β Heavenly...It was worth driving 50 kms to discover this hidden beauty. By far, the best recreational area I've been in NL. Good for walking, swimming and relaxing.

β β β β β Despite the Covid19 epidemic this place is full of people. The website says there is a limited number of available tickets. I just can't imagine how crowded it would be without the limits.
Nevertheless a nice place to spend a summer day with children. The water is relatively shallow (up to 2,2m) and the sand really soft and clean.

β β β β β Beautiful beach with clean sand and walking areas, turquoise water in the lake. An ideal place for a trip out of town with children of all ages. Sanitary facilities, toilet, parking available. In summer there are ice cream and snack bars. Large recreational area.
