β β β β β Vreemde gang van zaken bij deze scooterzaak. Vorige week gebeld om te vragen of ze een cdi die ik gekocht heb voor me konden plaatsen in mij scooter dat was volgens hun geen probleem alleen door de drukte kon ik beter en week later ff terug bellen om een afspraak te maken. Vandaag vervolgens terug gebeld om een afspraak te maken en werd mij verteld wij plaatsen geen cdi die niet bij ons is gekocht.terwijl dat en week eerder geen probleem was maar gelukkig zijn hun niet de enige scooterzaak in Arnhem
Strange state of affairs at this scooter shop. Called last week to ask if they could place a CDI that I bought in my scooter, they said that was no problem, only because of the crowds I could call back a week and make an appointment. Called back today to make an appointment and I was told we do not place a CDI that was not bought from us. While that and week earlier was no problem, but fortunately they are not the only scooter shop in Arnhem

β β β β β Via bol.com bij deze zaak besteld, geen aanrader! βNieuwβ fietsstoeltje (!) voor mijn zoontje was los zonder verpakking in een doos van een ander product gesmeten, vieze vingerafdrukken van de monteur nog op het stoeltje, geen beschrijving, geen boekje, geen certificaat o.i.d.. Bol.com probeert een oplossing te zoeken maar ondertussen niets van Reerink gehoord. Wel een mail ontvangen met βbestelling is geleverd hoor ????β. Uitleg en excuses lijkt me wel op zβn plaats maar Reerink weet de telefoon/mail helaas nog niet te vinden.

Reactie geeft wel aan dat de klantenservice te wensen overlaat. Dus als je via bol.com bestelt, hoef je geen nieuw/volledig product en/of service te verwachten? overigens verwijst bol.com naar jullie als verkoper via bol.com, dit kunnen jullie vast nalezen in de voorwaarden!
Ordered from this business via bol.com, not recommended! "New" bicycle seat (!) for my son was loose without packaging in a box of another product, dirty fingerprints from the mechanic still on the seat, no description, no booklet, no certificate, etc. Bol.com is trying to find a solution search but have heard nothing from Reerink in the meantime. Received an e-mail with "order has been delivered????". Explanation and apologies seem appropriate, but Reerink unfortunately cannot find the telephone/mail yet.
Edit:
Response does indicate that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. So if you order via bol.com, you don't have to expect a new/complete product and/or service? by the way, bol.com refers to you as a seller via bol.com, you can read this in the conditions!

β β β β β Scooter voor reparatie gebracht. Geen aanrader! Klantvriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken, voelde mij totaal niet serieus genomen. En twee weken later was mijn scooter wéér kapot.
Brought scooter for repair. Not recommended! Customer-friendliness was hard to find, I didn't feel taken seriously at all. And two weeks later my scooter was broken again.

β β β β β Enorm vriendelijk geholpen door de medewerkers, in zowel technisch advies als met onderdelen van mijn scooter. De behulpzaamheid was zo goed dat ik hier zeker terug kom voor de aanschaf van mijn scooter onderdelen.
Heren hartelijk dank voor jullie geweldige service.
Very friendly help from the employees, in both technical advice and with parts of my scooter. The helpfulness was so good that I will definitely come back here to buy my scooter parts.

β β β β β I buy a bike here and I really regret about that. An old buy which worth 70β¬ and they sell to me 250β¬. Thatβs crazy. I bought it because that was the first time I came in Netherlands and I didnβt know how much for a bike here. They are not trusted people. Be careful!!!
