★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elke fietsenmaker is tegenwoordig ongelooflijk druk. Onderdelen zijn moeilijker te krijgen en goede fietszaken hebben gewoon veel klanten. Toch hebben ze een gaatje weten te vinden om mij net voor mijn vakantie te helpen, toen niet alleen mijn versnellingskabel was geknapt en mijn beltriem eraf was gelopen, maar ook de elektriciteitskabel uit mijn fietsendrager was gerukt, doordat mijn trekhaak er tijdens het rijden vanaf viel. En zo konden we de dag erna toch naar Texel... Lekker fietsen op mijn eigen fiets!
 Every bike mechanic these days is incredibly busy. Parts are harder to get and good bike shops just have a lot of customers. However, they managed to find a place to help me just before my holiday, when not only my gear cable had snapped and my belt belt had come off, but also the electric cable was ripped from my bike carrier, because my towbar fell off while driving . And so we were able to go to Texel the next day... Enjoy cycling on my own bike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super geholpen door Peter van Wels2wielers. Mooie Giant anytour E+ 3 gekocht bij hem. Omdat ik zo een klein ventje ben was ik op zoek naar een extra grote fiets en deze vond ik gelukkig bij Wels. De fiets is een topper tot nu toe en ik ga er van uit dat als dat niet meer zo is, ik weer net zo hartelijk ontvangen en geholpen wordt.
Super helped by Peter van Wels2wielers. Beautiful Giant anytour E+ 3 bought from him. Because I am such a small guy I was looking for an extra large bike and luckily I found it at Wels. The bike is a winner so far and I assume that if that is no longer the case, I will be welcomed and helped just as warmly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2020 werd in volle corona bij mij kanker vastgesteld, ik was toen 50 jaar oud. De dokters vertelden mij dat ik nog enkel zou kunnen fietsen en wandelen. Tennis spelen en windsurfen zat er niet meer in. Toen ik met mijn broer op zoek ging naar een nieuwe fiets met een batterij kwamen we samen op een mountainbike van Cube maar deze was nergens beschikbaar. Toen mijn neefje de specifieke fiets had gedeeld via Facebook was er een medewerker van Wels2wielers zo attentvol dit op te pikken en op zoek te gaan naar deze fiets. Niettegenstaande deze fiets niet op stock was bij Wels2wielers stond deze twee maanden later in een kartonnen doos bij mij thuis aan de voordeur in België en dit terwijl er nergens nog fietsen te krijgen waren. Ondertussen heb ik met deze zeer leuke fiets van Cube al bijna 800 km gefietst, waaronder 150 km samen met mijn vrouw aan de mooie Loire in Frankrijk en dit allemaal dankzij de attentvolle medewerker bij Wels2wielers ?
In 2020 I was diagnosed with cancer in full corona, I was 50 years old then. The doctors told me that I would only be able to cycle and walk. Playing tennis and windsurfing was no longer an option. When I went looking for a new bike with a battery with my brother, we came together on a mountain bike from Cube but it was not available anywhere. When my nephew shared the specific bike via Facebook, a Wels2wielers employee was so thoughtful to pick it up and start looking for this bike. Although this bicycle was not in stock at Wels2wielers, it was delivered to my front door in Belgium in a cardboard box two months later, while there were still no bicycles available anywhere. In the meantime, I have already cycled almost 800 km with this very nice bike from Cube, including 150 km with my wife on the beautiful Loire in France and all this thanks to the attentive employee at Wels2wielers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice bike shop. I have bought all my bikes here and am planning to buy my next bike here as well. The bikes are of high quality and the prices are pretty good. The service is very good and the people working here are kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately not too impressed today. Always had good service for my e-bike, but when I brought it this morning they didn't even want to look at it. Told me the manufacturer had gone under and they didn't fix bikes of this brand anymore. Well, the manufacturer is still alive and well and selling e bikes, so that's weird. I think they've become too big and busy and not interested in helping anymore. It's a real shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is the best store to spend your money. They reserve time on saturday morning for small last minute problems, so you don't have to be scheduled for 10 days later or so. They even help you with problems, even though your bicycle wasn't purchased there and is 8 year or older.
