β β β β β New facilities are fantastic. The staff was super helpful and very nice. I had a sudden illness and had to call the emergency line on a Saturday. I set up an appointment and had very thorough care then had a surgery and spent the night. All the nurses and doctors were straight forward and competent. I was very pleased with my stay.

β β β β β Excellent hospital - 4 daughters including twins were born there. Amazing staff with excellent customer care. Each delivery we had own room and professional care from both doctors and nurses.

β β β β β The worst lab service that i have received in my life.
1) When i went to one of their service locations in Amsterdam the nurse had no idea what she was doing. I had to remind and insist her that urine sample was also required and she wasnβt able to find it so i needed to put extra effort to convince her even it was indicated on the list. Secondly, she didnβt put on a mask, so I had to insist her on that one as well to put on one.
2) Eventually, they forgot to analyse 3 parameters of my blood sample so i needed to go back again to give another round of blood sample.
3) The second time i went there i needed tp wait for 1 hr 15 minutes because they mixed up with the queue.

β β β β β We're in the middle of a pandemic and not even all staff members are wearing masks. A lot of patients aren't wearing masks correctly (e.g. not covering their nose) or take them off inside. Staff seemingly does nothing to enforce masks. Lots of coughing all around. Terrible experience.
There are friendly and competent doctors, but unfortunately, the overall administration doesn't seem to care enough about Covid.
In particular, the maternity ward is filled with caring and competent staff.

β β β β β Fertility department is waste of money and time. They changed my doctor without letting me know to a formal person (doctor!) who does not care. Gynecology is private and sensitive but the attitude was cold, distant and gave no hope. I don't recommend Dr van Velzen in person. She makes women cry after leaving her room.
