★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tot op heden zeer tevreden. Vergeleken met andere bakkers, zijn de prijzen redelijk en de kwaliteit van de producten goed. Het personeel is gastvrij en maken ook altijd een leuk babbeltje met iedereen. Hier met een glimlach de deur uilopen is vrijwel onvermijdelijk! Ook warmen ze graag even iets voor je op in de oven! :)
So far very satisfied. Compared to other bakeries, the prices are reasonable and the quality of the products is good. The staff are welcoming and always have a nice chat with everyone. Walking out the door with a smile is almost inevitable! They are also happy to warm up something for you in the oven! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 's Avonds online een bericht bij ze achtergelaten of ze misschien bij de buren een taartje wilde bezorgen, Carla belde me de volgende ochtend terug, ik kon twee taartjes kiezen, ze stuurde een tikke en een uur later belde HiFi Klubben me terug om te bedanken voor de lekkere taartjes! Super geregeld, dank jullie wel.
Left a message with them online in the evening if she might want to deliver a cake to the neighbors, Carla called me back the next morning, I could choose two cakes, she sent a tick and an hour later HiFi Klubben called me back to thank me for the delicious cakes! Super organized, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's amazing that this bakery works with deaf and blind people. I mean sure, you don’t get what you’ve actually ordered, the staff is not capable of saying a friendly "hello" or "goodbye" and whatever you are asking for, they can not hear you. You really have to shout and repeat yourself a lot of times to get their attention, but in the end you’ll walk out happily, knowing that they didn’t give you what you’ve ordered, and the knowledge that you have supported a charity organisation - they don't seem to have a calculator and hey, we all struggle with math. Magically, the curly haired woman can fully hear and speak when she’s engaging with specific clients/friends and her colleagues. It truly is a miracle!
