I came in thinking my iPhone was dying. Today Julien looked at it for a second, saw the problem (dust) and got it all out for free. Again I was helped with exceptionally friendly and good service. Good price/quality, they always get the job right, and fast. Worth the 35 min bike ride for sure!

Those guys are amazing! They helped me out with my iPhone, tried to repair it myself but broke some screws and couldn't get those off anymore. They helped me out by cutting these screws themselves, free of charge, amazing human beings! Would definitely recommend them, such hospitality and good service!

Easy to get to and replaced my S6 battery in hours at a reasonable price.they are close to the tube line but easy to miss as they are not a shop, but in an office building. One stays in the reception and someone from the Fixables comes down to take phone and later does the credit card payment in the reception as well. A bit weird, but works just fine.

No no and one more time no! I very much regretted that I turned to this service. The site says that laptop repair after contact with water takes up to 7 days. My laptop was repaired in exactly 7 weeks! 7 weeks, not days! First, I called a week after I've left it there and I was informed that usually it is not 5-7 days, but 7-14 days. I said okay. It seemed reasonable. But why would they confirm that it is up to 7 days when I was in their office? A couple of days later they called me and said that I need to order a top case to replace it. The delivery will take from 7 to 14 business days. Okay. After 3 weeks it was delivered and was soon replaced. They called again, said to come and pick up, everything is ready. I came the next day. There was a green stripe along the entire screen ... I asked what it was. Because the guy who returned it to me said he didn't know about it. Didn't the master see this? Why hadn't he informed managers that it happened? And if I decided not to turn on the laptop, would they give it to me with a damaged screen? I do not understand this. They replaced the screen at their own expense and added 2 more weeks of repair. I didn't want to give them 1 star here, because I understand that there may be problems with the supply, and they fixed the subsequent problem. But after a few days, I noticed that the hole in the bottom cover widened. I was in a panic, because I did not have a couple of weeks for the next renovation - I had to leave the Netherlands. Of course I wrote to them and they offered to come and show them the laptop, but I couldn't. I contacted the service upon arrival in another country. It turned out that the master simply did not fall into some groove and the part began to move away, forming a larger hole. Therefore, my rating is 1. Not so much for a long renovation, as for lack of professionalism. It was especially upset that I was not informed about the damage to the screen and were ready to give it up in this state. Perhaps they repair iPhones faster and better, but I do not advise giving them your MacBook

Great service, coffee and couch ! Fixed my phone in 15min, gave some great insider info about the model and what I should look out for in daily use. These guys are the best ?

Please, be warned that whoever gives Mario at the Fixables less than 5 stars is at risk of burning in hell. Because this guy has fixed my phone today faster then I could articulate the problem. I would love to see more businesses having the same level of customer service and friendliness. Came in with problems - left with a smile. Phone works like a charm. They're nice and they tried to fix my phone, ? but unfortunately they can't. ? Still hope for the best at another place. ?
