★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negatieve ervaring gehad met het zetten van een permanent. Haren verbrand. Geld wel terug gekregen! Helaas waren mijn haren pas na 1 jaar weer hersteld.
Ik zie een reactie van de eigenaar. Bijzonder genoeg komt hij met een heel raar verweer. Er waren namelijk 3 keratinebehandelingen nodig om mijn haar weer wat normaler te krijgen. Daarvoor nog nooit van mijn leven keratine gehad. Dit kan bevestigd worden door de kapster waarbij de keratine 3 keer is gezet het afgelopen jaar. Jammer dat je op zo'n manier reageert Renato. Zelfs uw eigen personeel had de schade gezien en 100 maal excuses gemaakt. Onprofessioneel. Succes met uw zaak!
 Had a negative experience with getting a perm. Hair burned. Got money back! Unfortunately, my hair only recovered after 1 year.
I see a response from the owner. Strangely enough, he comes up with a very strange defense. It took 3 keratin treatments to get my hair back to normal. Never had keratin before in my life. This can be confirmed by the hairdresser who has put the keratin 3 times in the past year. I'm sorry you reacted in such a way Renato. Even your own staff would have seen the damage and apologized 100 times. Unprofessional. Good luck with your business!
