Voor de 2e keer besteld. De 1ste keer was het broodje kalfsdonor goed gevuld (met vlees) én warm. Dit keer was de bestelling te laat, normaal maakt mij dat niets uit, maar waarschijnlijk zat mijn bestelling al zolang in de kubus. Dus patat en de donor lauw tot koud. Nu zat er ook nauwelijks vlees op het broodje. Heel veel sla, ui en 5! plakken komkommer. Ik bestel hier niets meer.
Ordered for the 2nd time. The 1st time the veal donor sandwich was well filled (with meat) and warm. This time the order was late, normally I don't care, but my order was probably in the cube for so long. So fries and the donor lukewarm to cold. Now there was hardly any meat on the bun. Lots of lettuce, onion and 5! slices of cucumber. I won't order anything from here anymore.

Zeer slechte zaak, ten eerste werdt het op het verkeerde adres afgeleverd. Eten was koud, en het eten was aangebrand. Ook de zaak terug gebeld maar word gewoon grof weg behandeld en willen ook zeker niks doen om dit probleem op te lossen. Het grappige eraan is dat het op een compleet (Turkse naam) op de bon is gezet en op nr 15, en ook op de bon staat een andere naam, het bonnetje eronder staat wel de goede adres en telefoonnummer. En dan zouden wij het verkeerde adres op hebben gegeven!!! Te gek van te worden. NOOIT MEER BESTELLEN.
Very bad thing, firstly it was delivered to the wrong address. Food was cold, and the food was burnt. Also called the case back but are just treated rudely and certainly do not want to do anything to solve this problem. The funny thing about it is that it is put on a complete (Turkish name) on the receipt and on No. 15, and also on the receipt is a different name, the receipt under it does have the correct address and telephone number. And then we would have given the wrong address!!! Getting too crazy. NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

Ik heb de bestelling anderhalf uur,en opnieuw dezelfde bestelling gekregen,ook deze 1bonk plakzooi. Zuur vlees en de 2de garantie bestelling net zo viel. Koop het niet,ik moest 1ster geven om deze recensie te schijven,beide bestellingen 2 vette klompen,ga morgen met beide klonten naar de zaak,zodat ze het vulzigheid beide kunnen zien. Gewoon opgewarmde magnetron troep. Zonde geld.Nu ze gewoonweg gauw in 8min opeens een nieuwe zooi brachten.
I got the order for an hour and a half, and again received the same order, also this 1bonk sticky mess. Sour meat and the 2nd warranty order just as fell. Don't buy it, had to give 1 star to write this review, both orders 2 fat clogs, take both clogs to the shop tomorrow so they can both see the stuffiness. Just heated microwave junk. Waste of money. Now they just quickly brought a new mess in 8 minutes.

Om 19.32 besteld, besteltijd werd eerst geschat op 30 minuten. 5 minuten later veranderde dit in 75 minuten, dus rond 21u moest het bezorgd worden. Om 21.35 maar eens gebeld waar het eten blijft, maar het was onderweg. Rond 22u kwam het dan eindelijk, alles was in elk geval nog lauw. De patat van de kapsalon was extreem slap, het vlees was licht zurig maar nog wel te eten. De pizza heb ik weggegooid na 1 hap, hij was niet goed gebakken waardoor de korst nog grotendeels uit deeg bestond. Ik dacht, dat kan ik nog wegdoen, ik probeer de pizza zelf gewoon alleen had hier heel snel spijt van. De pizza was haast waterig qua smaak, ook al was deze ruim belegd. (Pizza Istanbul trouwens) De lahmacuns waren wel prima, maar dat was ook het enige. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld, was altijd enthousiast maar dit is nu de 4e of 5e keer dat het echt tegenvalt.
Ordered at 19.32, order time was initially estimated at 30 minutes. 5 minutes later this changed to 75 minutes so it had to be delivered around 9pm. At 21.35 I called once where the food is, but it was on its way. It finally came around 10 pm, at least everything was still lukewarm. The fries from the kapsalon were extremely weak, the meat was slightly sour but still edible. I threw the pizza away after 1 bite, it wasn't baked properly, so the crust still largely consisted of dough. I thought, I can still get rid of that, I just try the pizza myself, only regretted this very quickly. The pizza was almost watery in taste, even though it was generously topped. (Pizza Istanbul by the way) The lahmacuns were fine, but that was the only thing. I am very disappointed, was always enthusiastic but this is now the 4th or 5th time it really disappoints.

Gisteren voor de laatste keer hier wat besteld! We hebben 2 uur op het eten gewacht! Zou tussen 18-18:20 komen en was er om 19:30 pas!!! Hierdoor kon 1 persoon niet eten, want die had andere afspraak om 19uur. De bestelling klopte ook niet: We kregen 2 lachmachun salade, terwijl 1 daarvan een lachmachun gesmolten kaas moest zijn (staat zonder salade in omschrijving op de app. Dit was ook de reden dat ie was besteld). Er zat geen gesmolten kaas op, was wel €4,- duurder. Als Istanbul het zo druk heeft dat ze de bestellingen niet aan kan, moeten ze minder bestellingen aannemen! Dit voorkomt teleurgestelde klanten en slechte recensies! Ik zou dit restaurant niet aanbevelen!
Ordered from here for the last time yesterday! We waited 2 hours for the food! Was supposed to come between 18-18:20 and wasn't there until 19:30!!! As a result, 1 person could not eat, because he had another appointment at 7 pm. The order was also incorrect: We received 2 lachmachun salad, while 1 of them had to be a lachmachun melted cheese (it is without salad in the description on the app. This was also the reason it was ordered). There was no melted cheese on it, but it was €4 more expensive. If Istanbul is so busy that they can't handle the orders, they should take less orders! This prevents disappointed customers and bad reviews! I would not recommend this restaurant!

Bezorging duurde bijna 2 uur! Op het moment dat ik wilde annuleren werd er aangebeld. De shoarma was gelukkig nog warm en lekker. Maar......het pitabroodje is zo in de zak gemieterd en niet gesneden en er zat geen knoflook saus bij de shoarma. Toch ook nog een punt van hygiëne.....het zakje mayo zat dus gewoon tussen de patat! Niet erg hygiënisch als je bedenkt dat er iemand met zijn handen dat zakje heeft gepakt en in de zak met net gebakken patat heeft gedaan!!! Heren/Dames, het is nog steeds corona tijd he! Dat jullie druk zijn zou best kunnen....maar kwaliteit & hygiëne mag daar niet ten koste van gaan!
Delivery took almost 2 hours! The bell rang when I wanted to cancel. Fortunately the shawarma was still warm and tasty. But ...... the pita bread has been poured into the bag and not cut and there was no garlic sauce with the shawarma. Yet another point of hygiene.....the bag of mayo was just between the fries! Not very hygienic when you consider that someone has taken that bag with his hands and put it in the bag with freshly baked fries!!! Gentlemen/Ladies, it's still corona time isn't it! It could well be that you are busy .... but quality & hygiene should not be at the expense of that!

First time I ordered there I ordered what you called " vegan pizza " it wasn't vegan, we didn't get a refund. But I talked with the owner and he apologized. And said it was thuisbezorgd.nl that didn't update the menu. And since it's only my girlfriend that's vegan, I decided to keep on ordering for myself because I liked the pizzas there. Today I ordered a pizza without cheese, I got a pizza with cheese. I went there with the pizza and explained. They said they were going to come with a new one without cheese, they came back with the one with cheese and said that I didn't ask for without ( even though I'm 100% sure I did.) I used to order pizza here at least 2 or 3 times a week. This was my last time. If you can't take care of your regular customers you shouldn't have any. I decided to not take the pizza with cheese and still didn't get a offer of refund.

ordered a Kapsalon at 18u it got delivered after multiple phone calls at 20u also ordered and payed for extra meat but it was just a regular Size not recommended to begin with
