 Normally always had good experiences with Bakker de Houthandel and / or Renustairs. Hence unfortunately hit the most arrogant employee, so now bought all my stuff somewhere else. Too bad, a dent in the good experience with this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeeer onbeschofte dame aan de lijn gehad bij Reno Stairs. Bij het vragen van informatie mag je er toch vanuit gaan dat je netjes en correct geholpen wordt. Ik kan mij dan ook niet voorstellen als werknemer dat je blij bent met zo'n personeelslid. Jammer dat je geen ''0'' (nul) sterren kan geven. Ik zal hier dan ook nooit iets kopen!
Very rude lady on the phone at Reno Stairs. When requesting information, you can still assume that you will be helped properly and correctly. As an employee, I cannot imagine that you are happy with such a staff member. Too bad you can't give '' 0 '' (zero) stars. I will never buy anything here!
