He explained every detail mentioned in the contract and translated in English. He also tried to understand the problems that we had and solved them. Apartment is really good with all the required furniture items and facilities. The location is also really nice and very close to Central.Services provided by rental services are really good. Whenever there is a problem, AJ is just a mail away and he quickly tries to resolve the same. I will recommend Rental services BV.
N	Nefeli PL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this company is the most terrible person I have ever met. We rented a house for 1 year from him. During our stay he gave us never-ending trouble. When we left, he refused to give us our deposit back. We took him to the court and he LOST the case. Now he is running from justice refusing to pay us our money. If you want your peace of mind do NEVER rent anything from AJ. Most of the positive reviews in this site has been forced by him. He threatens people to review him positively in order to do something for them. If you are renting from him already, then good luck. I personally know of 3 other people that had the same experience with him.
H	Hugo Neves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting an apartment with Rental Services was a nice experience, they are very professional to the last detail. The good: professional and available to talk or see the tenant almost anytime and any hour of the week. The contract was also translated to English and we went through it carefully. The apartment was very clean in the beginning and some cleaning products were offered to help clean it by the contract's end. There was also some flexibility to end the contract earlier than the designated date. The bad (or why it hasn't 5 stars): Sometimes they took too long to reply to emails or phone calls back, even during normal office hours. The renting fee is very high, and having 2 months rent deposit can also be a big issue, but this is something everyone is aware of from the beginning. Also, it took more than 30 days (the legal time) and an email to get the deposit back, but it was fully sent afterwards. During the whole renting period, the biggest issue was having to clean the house perfectly in the end, as the other option was "paying" half a rent for Rental Services to clean it for me, which is abusive. Either way, they were flexible with the cleaning time and everything went well.

It is just one month of time and it is too early to comment anything but till now I don't have any problems. The owner of this company Mr.Aj is very understanding person and he will help you when you need some help from him. He is a very adjustable person and give reply to the mails as quick as possible. Mostly he is more of a friendly person. Till now the services are very excellent to me. I recommend Rental Services BV.

Though their rental commission is pretty steep (1 month rent with VAT), I believe it is quite understandable, given the state of the real estate market in Utrecht. The agency has attended to all my queries and requests very aptly and I remain a very content tenant.

The apartment is fully furnished and has absolutely everything you need, including forks and spoons. My wife and I work from home and 2 large tables are a benefit for us. Mr. AJ lives nearby and it is always nice to have a small talk with him when you meet (suggested trying Luca's icecream and it was good). Mr. AJ all the time asks if everything is fine and do we need help with something in the apartment. During the 9 months of our stay, we have only a couple of issues to fix and everything was resolved quickly.
A	Andreas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AJ (of Rental Services) is probably the hardest working landlord in Utrecht, perhaps in the country, or even the whole world. Also, he's fun to get to know better :-) He's hands-on involved with every detail of the appartement, from the furnishing to the cleaning, such that he will have a proper response to any inquiry you might have of/for him. He's fair, in the noble sense, about solving any issues that may arise during or after the rental period. No nonsense paperwork, no small font BS, he's clear and transparent on all terms, however interesting they may be --- he's far from naïve and so the relationship goes both ways. Rest assured, AJ and his crew at Rental Services will take good care of you.
