★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and finally an agent who sticks to the law! I had been looking for 4 months for an apartment for my wife and baby and I. Been fobbed off by multiple agencies who didnt listen to my actual desires and instead show me a lot of sub quality properties and tried to charge me commission WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED. I found this broker on the web, made some appointments for my wife to go see while i was working. We found the broker very friendly and unlike other brokers she stuck to agreements we made about furniture and other baby related inconveniences we asked for. BEWARE THERE ARE A LOT OF COWBOYS IN AMSTERDAM but this agency at least we could say they are professional and good at listening. We finally found the apartment we were looking for and I know my wife and baby can be happy while I am at the office long hours. Thank you to this broker.

You helped me efficiently pick through the options and you remained objective throughout the process, for which I'm grateful. DO NOT KNOCK AT THIS DOOR, why?
* EXTREME UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM. Good impression on the first appointment but afterwards a terrible experience. Lack of communication skills and do not comply with agreed agreements on process.
* NO STATUS NOR INFO ON THE PROGRESS. Do not give any status update on home views. Given excuse is, not possible providing records of visits. After discussion, they promised to send an update by email but it was just wimping you off.
* NON COMPLIANT WORKING METHOD. Execute home views without any given notice while apartment is occupied by a tenant. Violating privacy regulation without having tenant and owners approval. Despite of 1st warning, agent stays blunt and ignores
Better spend your money somewhere else and get better service and quality. Most agents charge similar commission percentage. You don't wanna end up in engagement with an Uber non-professional team

It's no wonder that the agency has turned off 1-5 star reviews: needless to say, I had the worst experience of my life with this agency and I have been renting for 7 years. Unprofessional, arrived late at every appointment (even had to reschedule a work appointment because of one of their agents), and WORST OF ALL I was left without an apartment with less than 1 month notice - AND they will not help you find a new apartment. They will not help you communicate with the landlord or try to change their minds (in my case, I was supposed to get a 6 month + 6 month contract renewable upon successful tenancy, which they never renewed. Their agents will lure you with malicious intensions just so that they will get a nice old COMMISSION.
They were also useless for the check out appointment and apart from arriving 30 min late she also did not have the keys to take the water readings. Unprofessional as they come at renthouse vastgoed bv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest and professional service...I stayed in a rented house for 3.5 years leased thru them. Frans is a gem of a guy. He remembered me by name everytime I called him for anything, be it repair or any extra item needed. He always used to arrive at the very time he promised. Even after we left the house and moved backed to our country, he did not charge a single penny extra for any unexpected expense (situation which other agencies generally exploit in Amstelveen). Even for the rental deposit, we got back exactly we expected, with no undue deduction. Thanks a lot Frans... I highly recommend this agency to expats for renting a house in and around Amstelveen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re largely unresponsive to tenants, and they don’t do a good job of following up on complaints arising from problems at your rental property. They require a lot of chasing to make sure things get done and will slip in hidden maintenance fees without discussing it with you beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a reliable housing agency. When it comes to Finances they are not fully reliable and transparent. I have been trying to get my deposit settlement back from them for last 3 months. I would not recommend you using this agency for house search. When it comes to taking rent they are sharp , when it comes to settling the deposit amount they are slow and not transparent. Anyways i still hope i get my deposit back as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional renting agency and they keep you updated on every step. My housing agent Patrick was very helpful and patient in answering all the queries I had. He even reached out to previous tenants vacating the place for information related to utilities and updated me on that, which is above and beyond their responsibilities. They are flexible to tenants requirements and communicate effectively with the landlords on the same .I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place in Amsterdam.
