★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een oude Technics installatie staan, maar helaas geen geluid. IT-VIXION gevonden via internet en contact gezocht. Harry bood me enkele opties, na overleg het budget vastgesteld en na het maken van de afspraak is hij aan de slag gegaan met de amplifier. Het onderzoek en de reparatie die nodig was zijn altijd met duidelijke communicatie geweest. Harry heeft zelfs nog wat extra dingen gerepareerd! Nu doet hij het weer top en kan ik weer genieten van mijn oude CD's, LPs en de radio. Een echte aanrader als het gaat om onderhoud en reparaties!
 I had an old Technics installation, but unfortunately no sound. Found IT-VIXION via the internet and contacted them. Harry offered me a few options, determined the budget after consultation and after making the appointment he started working with the amplifier. The investigation and repair that was needed have always been with clear communication. Harry even fixed some extra things! Now it's working great again and I can enjoy my old CDs, LPs and the radio again. Highly recommended when it comes to maintenance and repairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met afstandbediening van slaapbank naar IT-VIXION geweest, ter plaatse werd geconstateerd dat de afstandbediening niet defect was en kreeg ik ‘m meteen weer mee. Geen kosten in rekening gebracht acht, geen pseudo-reparaties o.I.d. Een eerlijke beoordeling en voorlichting. Dank!
Went to IT-VIXION with the remote control from the sofa bed, it was found on site that the remote control was not defective and I immediately got it back. No fees charged, no pseudo repairs or the like. An honest assessment and information. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De afstandsbediening van een levelsysteem onder een camper, van een klant werkte niet meer. Bij meerdere herstellers geweest, niemand kwam eruit. Toch is het Harry gelukt. Super service en de klant is weer helemaal blij dus ik ook.
The remote control of a level system under a customer's camper no longer worked. Been to several repairers, no one came out. Still, Harry managed. Super service and the customer is completely happy again, so am I.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N.a.v. Zeer correct mail contact. De machine afgegeven. Conclusie printplaat een gesoldeerde draadje los.
Harry heeft dit zeer vakkundig opgelost en eigenlijk meer dan dat ! Gelijk alle draden maar opnieuw gesoldeerd. Wat een top service! En ook snel weer retour mogen komen ophalen! Nu kan onze oude Piching machine weer gebruikt worden! Dat zal heel erg in de smaak vallen bij onze deelnemers van de trainingen. En dat omdat een topper als Harry de mogelijkheid bied om je oude machine gewoon weer gebruik klaar te maken. IT-VIXION nogmaals via deze heel erg bedankt voor deze fantastische hulp namens de Stichting United Youth Baseball Education.

Harry has solved this very skillfully and actually more than that! Like all wires but re-soldered. What a great service! And can also come back quickly to pick up! Now our old Piching machine can be used again! This will be very much appreciated by our participants of the training. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn Sonos 5 1e generatie stopte na wat stroomonderbrekingen binnenshuis. Na prijsopgave zelf gebracht en na 3 dagen weer opgehaald. De Sonos 5-1 werkt weer prima voor een heel schappelijke prijs! Harry heeft ook de slechte reparatie van de vorige reparateur hersteld. Tegelijk nog een korte cursus van Harry gekregen over de elektronica van vroeger en van nu en wat tips over instellingen. Goede en duidelijke communicatie. Deze service vind je bijna niet meer tegenwoordig. Hartelijk dank, Harry!
My Sonos 5 1st generation stopped working after some power outages indoors. Brought in after quotation and picked up again after 3 days. The Sonos 5-1 works fine again for a very reasonable price! Harry also fixed the bad repair from the previous repairman. At the same time received a short course from Harry about the electronics of the past and present and some tips about settings. Good and clear communication. You hardly find this service these days. Thank you very much, Harry!
