★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein bewährter Verstärker Yamaha RX-V1900 hatte leider einen Wasserschaden und schien nicht mehr reparabel zu sein. Nach einem sehr angenehmen Gespräch mit dem engagierten Techniker von Reparaturo wurde mir angeboten zu schauen, ob es ein gebrauchtes Gerät auf dem Markt gibt. Zu meiner Freude wurde tatsächlich ein Gerät gefunden, das aber auch defekt war. Daraufhin hat der Techniker ein Gerät ausgeschlachtet und das andere Gerät wie neu hinbekommen! Nun läuft ein Verstärker wieder ganz prima mit fettem Bass aus dem Sub-Woofer und ich habe einen weiteren als "Ersatzteillager". Tolle Arbeit, super Service, echt engagiert, überschaubarer Preis - ich bin wirklich zufrieden !
My tried and tested amplifier, the Yamaha RX-V1900, unfortunately suffered from water damage and seemed beyond repair. After a very pleasant conversation with the dedicated technician from Reparaturo, I was offered to see if there was a used device on the market. To my delight, a device was actually found, but it was also defective. The technician then cannibalized one device and got the other device like new! Now an amplifier is working fine again with a fat bass from the sub-woofer and I have another one as a "spare parts store". Great work, great service, really committed, reasonable price - I am really satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen dazu entschieden hier eine Laptopreperatur in Auftrag zu geben.
3 Wochen später und erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage bzw. der Aufforderung den Auftrag zu stornieren kam eine Rückmeldung. Aufgrund der defekten Hauptplatine sei eine Reparatur nicht möglich, das Teil selbst nicht zu beziehen.
Fazit: Knapp 50€ für einen unumsetzbaren Kostenvoranschlag gezahlt (Teileverfügbarkeit hätte man vor Annahme prüfen können) und 3 Wochen ohne Laptop.
Das Ganze zusammen mit anderen Eindrücken wirkte auf mich alles andere als kundenorientiert, kompetent oder flexibel - Schade.
Due to the good reviews, I decided to have a laptop repaired here.
3 weeks later and only after multiple inquiries or the request to cancel the order, I received a response. Due to the defective motherboard, a repair is not possible and the part itself cannot be obtained.
Conclusion: Almost € 50 paid for an unworkable cost estimate (parts availability could have been checked before acceptance) and 3 weeks without a laptop.
The whole thing, together with other impressions, seemed anything but customer-oriented, competent or flexible to me - a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Laptop obwohl nur 16 Monate alt ist hat Geist aufgegeben. Laptop abgegeben Kostenvoranschlag bezahlt, und nur nach einem Tag kam email das Gerät ist zum abholen bereit. Super! Sehr nette und kompetente Leute. Man hat sogar Parkplätze für Kunden.
Although my laptop is only 16 months old, it has given up. Laptop submitted cost estimate paid, and only after one day I received the email the device is ready to be picked up. Excellent! Very nice and competent people. They even have parking spaces for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte mich nach einem Reparaturdienst umgesehen, weil das Display meines Laptops schwarze Flecken hatte. Anfrage abgeschickt, prompt eine Antwort bekommen, Laptop vorbeigebracht und schon am nächsten Tag einen Kostenvoranschlag bekommen. Der Laptop war nach wenigen Tagen fertig und die Reparatur war letztendlich sogar günstiger als der Kostenvoranschlag vorgab, und er sieht wieder wie neu aus!
Ich war vorher immer skeptisch mit solchen Reparaturservices, weil ich sowas vorher noch nie in Anspruch genommen hatte, aber hier wurde ganz fantastische Arbeit geleistet, vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!
I was looking for a repair service because my laptop's display was blackened. Send your request, get a prompt answer, bring your laptop over and get a cost estimate the next day. The laptop was ready after a few days and the repair was actually cheaper than the estimate, and it looks like new again!
I was always skeptical about such repair services beforehand because I had never used them before, but they did a fantastic job here, thank you very much for your help!
