Residence Port Brielle has 29 luxury apartments spread over 4 floors and 6 of them are spacious penthouses with all around the complex on-site parking and an underground parking garage. We also offer the possibility of renting underground storage. All our apartments have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a washing machine and dryer, a living room with open kitchen including dishwasher and a balcony. Of course, the apartments are equipped with WIFI, TV and all of them have air conditioning. Our service manager is available daily and ensures that any problems will be solved quickly.

On the outer edge of the historic fortified town of Brielle you will find Residence Port Brielle. The city has about 400 monuments including a host of nostalgic waterfront houses. Situated in a beautiful residential area with the cosy inner city and recreation area Het Brielse Meer within walking distance. With a host of events, restaurants, pubs and shops, there is always something to be found in the city, all at +/- 15 minutes away from the Botlek, Europoort and Maasvlakte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful and clean accommodations. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. Eric and his wife are doing an excellent job here. Also the location is perfect, it's just a 5 minutes walk to the historic centre of Brielle and very close to the Brielse Meer.
I had a wonderful time here and can highly recommend it to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in a Residence Port Brielle apartment for the last few months and have been extremely happy with both the high standard of accommodation and the prompt and professional service received from the Building Manager (Eric). To date nothing has been too much trouble, with the smallest questions answered quickly and even minor requests efficiently satisfied within days if not hours.
The apartment is very good – comfortable, modern containing new facilities including fast reliable internet - and is located in a lovely historic town with several fine restaurants and not far from the A15. Tenant communication is good. The communal areas are always very clean.
Residence Port Brielle is highly recommended for expats looking to work comfortably in the Europoort/Rotterdam region, and I am already looking to extend my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Apartment & location. The apartment block is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The apartment itself was again perfectly clean when I moved in; the equipment was either new or showed little sign of previous use; and the range of equipment complete - clearly the maintenance and management standards are kept high. Aesthetically, the big windows in the apartments let in lots of light making them pleasant and relaxing and the main living room is very comfortable; a dedicated car park is a real plus in the town where parking is tight. Apart from the Apartment and block itself, the other big winner is its location. It is really a very short walk into the old part of Brielle (under 5 minutes unless you are very slow) and its bars, restaurants etc or delightful walks around the old Fort town itself. I looked at various towns in the general area but I am very happy that I chose here. havent been able to find any criticsm at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just coming to the end of my first three months in a Residence Port Brielle apartment, and I will definitely be extending my stay. After significant issues with a local private landlord, this place was (and continues to be) a breath of fresh air. A comfortable apartment, with everything you need when living away from home (including fast internet), and a great location, with local restaurants and facilities nearby. But what sets the place apart really is the service. The resident manager looks after the building very well, is available for queries and questions, and also assists with practical matters in a timely manner. Apartment cleaning can also be arranged as and when required, and the communal areas are always spotless! All in all, a worry-free and flexible service meeting the needs of expats and frequent travellers to the Brielle area, leaving me free to concentrate on work whilst I’m in NL. Highly recommended.
UPDATE August 2020: And I can confirm, when the time comes to (sadly) move on from Brielle, the check-out process is also very easy and the return of the security deposit happened within a few days of the end of the tenancy. Thanks again for a great stay; comfortable, convenient and very much "home"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment. Modern bathrooms, kitchen. The bedrooms even have there own air conditioning!! The whole decor is very upmarket and chic. The staff cannot do enough to help if you have a question or problem, and if you have a delivery (Amazon, eBay etc,) they’ll even drop it off for you when your back at the apartment. Great location too, Brielle is a picturesque little town 45 minutes outside of Rotterdam or a little over an hour to Amsterdam airport.

It is very quiet; mostly young professionals living there.The location is superb too! It is at walking distance to the center of Brielle. The interior of the apartments are very nice, comfortable and professional with beautiful furniture and high standards appliances. The management office are very responsive and customer-focused. The team at Residence Port Brielle including Eric are very friendly and understanding. They really made me feel like home. I only have good things to say about this flat and I am very picky at selecting my home. I highly recommend this as a place to live or for a short holiday. Cheers. Aldo
