★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not Been open for very long. Officially it’s an art center but you can drink and eat there as well . The menu is very small and temporary (the dumplings are a project that they are doing ). The service is very friendly and quick , it can be confusing tho if the servers are guests Enjoying a drink or are on duty ?. All in all a friendly happy go-with-the-flow place . I’ll definitely be coming back .
