There is a casual relaxed atmosphere. Food more than good. Already one of the better places in Utrecht. Keep it up!

A coincidence: a super restaurant and an absolutely perfect presentation. The food is worth every cent and we will definitely be back.

Ons eerste restaurantkeuze was gesloten dus verder googlend kwamen we 273 tegen. Goede recenties, startende ondernemer in een moeilijke tijd, jonge passievolle chef en een enthusiast team. Om het niet al te lang te maken, wij hebben genoten! Van moment één tot wij de zaak uit werden gebezemd. Kijk naar de foto. Als je zo begint dan weet je dat het een mooie middag wordt! Ieder gerecht (wij hadden er zes pp maar met amuse(s)! waren dat er acht, een ware smaak sensatie. Mooie uitleg per gerecht, perfect geholpen door de sommelier en een verrassend (mooie) begeleidend wijnarrangement. Je gaat hier niet naar toe als je heel erg honger hebt maar als je zin hebt om verrast te worden en je van (heel) lekker eten houdt! Definitieve aanrader voor de liefhebber! Wij komen sowieso terug. Graag weer tafel 1! :-). Just a message from the "December 5 Table 1". Planned a Sunday lunch with dear friends in Utrecht. Our first choice of restaurant was closed so googling further we came across 273. Good reviews, starting entrepreneur in a difficult time, young passionate chef and an enthusiastic team. Not to make it too long, we enjoyed it! From moment one until we were swept out of the case. Look at the picture. If you start like this, you know it's going to be a beautiful afternoon! Every dish (we had six pp, but with appetizer(s)! there were eight, a true taste sensation. Beautiful explanation per dish, perfectly assisted by the sommelier and a surprisingly (beautiful) accompanying wine arrangement. You do not go here if you are very hungry but if you want to be surprised and you like (very) good food!Definite recommendation for the enthusiast!We will come back anyway.We would like to have table 1 again! :-).

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke oester en een zes gangen diner met daarbij bijpassende wijnen. We hebben het diner gestart met 4 amuses van het huis. Het waren allemaal kleine smaakexplosies! Daarna werd er gestart aan het 6 gangen diner. Ieder gerecht was verrassend en enorm smakelijk. De wijnen waren tevens stuk voor stuk bijzonder. 4/6 wijnen complenteerde goed bij de gerechten. 2/6 wijnen vonden wij meer tot hun recht komen zonder de gerechten. Al met al een heerlijke avond! We willen zeker nog eens terug komen! What a fantastic restaurant! There is a friendly atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed a delicious oyster and a six-course dinner with matching wines. We started dinner with 4 appetizers on the house. They were all little taste explosions! Then the 6 course dinner started. Every dish was surprising and very tasty. The wines were also all special. 4/6 wines complemented the dishes well. We found 2/6 wines to come into their own without the dishes. All in all a lovely evening! We definitely want to come back!
f	feiling shi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food with friendly staffs and nice ambiance. We ordered the 6-course menu, it was all very tasty and not too heavy that by the end of the course we didn't feel too full. It's just the right portion size.
B	Ben Wickham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and excellent food but, it all feels a little ‘10 years ago’ Avocado, King Crab, truffle, miso, chocolate… where is the local, sustainable, and seasonal produce that abounds within a 50km radius of Utrecht. That would be a five star restaurant.

In spite of the full capacity the 3 lovely ladies provide some of the best service I have experienced. Now the food: every dish is carefully and beautifully prepared and executed. They look not only pretty but taste even better. The location is beautiful too, right in the middle of this beautiful city. It's a must when you are (or live) in Utrecht!
