★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een heerlijke avond hebben wij gehad bij de Heren/broers Gaylord en Thorval. Zij hebben hier in Bakkum een prachtig restaurant met een welverdiende Michelin ster. Wij hadden bij de reservering onze voorkeur gegeven voor het dinner.
Hierop werd fantastisch ingespeeld. Er werd ons een heerlijk 4 gangen menu geserveerd met bijpassende wijnen. Alles zag er voortreffelijk uit en er werd met veel passie over de gerechten en wijnen verteld.
Een absolute aanrader voor een heerlijke avond uit.

 What a lovely evening we had with the Gentlemen/Brothers Gaylord and Thorval. They have a beautiful restaurant here in Bakkum with a well-deserved Michelin star. We had given our preference for dinner when making the reservation.
This was played wonderfully. We were served a delicious 4-course menu with matching wines. Everything looked excellent and the dishes and wines were told with great passion.
An absolute must for a wonderful evening out.
