★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have eaten here several times since they turned this restaurant into a fabulous and high end culinary hide away in Bergen. A true gem and something entirely different from the rest that Bergen has to offer. The food is fresh and of good quality. Always a lovely menu and a great team of chefs in the open kitchen. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and to top it off, a wonderful host (Dirk) and hostess (Anja). I wish you many successful years!

-Dirty toilets.
--Had oysters and later in the day my husband had a very upset stomach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice outside seating, in a sort of church courtyard. Had gnocchi with baked veggies as main dish and a stawberry white chocolate mousse as dessert. Both super delicious. The burrata was ok, not the freshest one and the sauces on the side didn't match and killed the flavour a bit. Service was super friendly but insanely slow. Didn't even manage to get us a menu (so we checked online), wine arrived some time towards the end of the first course (and already waited quite long for that as well).
Overall, nice experience and good quality for affordable prices. Would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were now for the second time in this restaurant, which is run for some time by a young and ambitious team from Amsterdam. We have also already placed the third reservation.
It is a beautiful location with open kitchen separated by glass walls. It does not smell, it is not noisy but you can watch the young chefs preparing the dishes. You don't feel any hustle and bustle, neither from the kitchen nor from the staff, which takes very good care of its guests. The creations are surprising and very creative. Good ingredients are elevated to new culinary works of art. We had tuna caneloni, cod balls, spare ribs, and each dish was enhanced by interesting spices and sauces. All in all, a very round concept: location, staff, food and drink. Definitely give it a try.

Perfect staff and service. The flavours and the food were very good, with good details prepared. If you are in Bergen, this is the restaurant you have to visit.
