Over de chef
Jeroen van Beers begon op 14-jarige leeftijd zijn koks opleiding in Amsterdam.
Na 4 jaar vervolgde hij zijn opleiding aan het ROC te Leiden. Deze 4-jarige opleiding werd afgesloten met een stage in hartje Parijs bij Hotel Berthier-Brochant. In 1990 werd Jeroen van Beers chef-kok van restaurant de Goede Gooier (eigenaar Rogier Sluijter).
Na een periode van 10 jaar deed van Beers nog diverse Food & Beverage ervaringen op om in 2009 te belanden bij Golf Sociëteit de Lage Vuursche in Den Dolder. Gedurende 9 jaar was Jeroen van Beers Executive Chef op de Golf Sociëteit de Lage Vuursche verantwoordelijk voor het A la Carte koken en verzorgde de catering voor alle evenementen aldaar.
Sinds 2017 is Jeroen van Beers eigenaar en chef-kok van Docks Fish & Grill te Kortenhoef.
