★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk gegeten in Restaurant Joon in Monnickendam! Bijzonder mooie, smaakvolle gerechten, prachtig gepresenteerd! Wij hebben gekozen voor het menu van de chef, echt een aanrader. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel, wij komen snel weer terug. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met ons gezelschap van 9 personen was alleen een verrassingsmenu mogelijk. Maar misschien niet geheel verrassend: dat bleek een schot in de roos. Uitstekend bereide gerechten met verrassende combinaties van mooie ingrediënten. En de bijbehorende wijnen haalden het geheel nog verder naar boven. Het dessert was misschien de zwakste schakel (want teveel koffie/mokka), maar de kaasplank was weer helemaal top (goed op temperatuur en niet teveel). Kortom: dit restaurant is een aanrader, niet alleen voor de zeilers uit de jachthaven.
 With our party of 9 people, only a surprise menu was possible. But perhaps not entirely surprising: that turned out to be a bull's eye. Excellently prepared dishes with surprising combinations of beautiful ingredients. And the accompanying wines brought the whole thing up even further. The dessert was perhaps the weakest link (because too much coffee / mocha), but the cheese board was again completely top (good temperature and not too much). In short: this restaurant is highly recommended, not only for sailors from the marina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the chef menu and each one of us got a dish according to our diet/preference. The food was delicious, original, interesting and the presentation was creative and colourful. The gin&tonic dessert is amazing!!!
The service was also splendid. A really great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is excellent. The very pleasant view looking over the yacht pier! Very kids friendly with a playground just around the corner, just need to pay extra attention in case children falling into the water. Food was excellent, when they put down the main course, the smell was so nice that made you mouthwatering. Service was excellent! Would definitely go back again and strongly recommend. Oh free parking!
