★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really good, though not much, it was really tasty. Only down-side was one of the other guests from the hotel that was belching and snorting a lot. This killed the atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered burger and seabass, however we were waiting more than 40 min. even the other people's food was served. The place was good but I wouldn't gonna come back again. Worst experience ever i had. ( they said the kitchen was busy but the table is not even packed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pore quality food for Amsterdam prices. € 16,50 for a hamburger is fine but not if the bun is dry, the meat ok and it mostly tastes of salt. Service was good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to drink a Coffee and have a cake. I recommend the chocolate cake. Not too sweet not bitter. Just right . Nice young waiters and waitresses. All polite and doing their job good. Customers are friendly as well.Many women of any age. Can have a nice chat quickly. Good place to relax after the sightseeing or before. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was high quality, well presented tasty Dutch food. The summer burger is better than any we get in the states. The sauces with the Stamppot has great depth of flavor. We also enjoyed the Dutch shrimp poffertjes, chicken with bacon and strawberry ice cream. I highly recommend Joost! The food was just that nice,staff lovely,they serve some local Dutch main courses which were interesting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. We weren’t guests of the hotel, - found this place on google when looking for early breakfast after our 6 am landing to Amsterdam. Wonderful place to spend some time and enjoy simple and delicious food. The buffet had variety of cold cuts, cheeses, breads. Hot mushrooms, scrambled eggs and I believe sausage was there too. Cereals, yogurt and variety of fresh juices and coffee options. Quality of food was very delicious. Cozy and cute place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is excellent. We wanted to try some Dutch food and there we are. Service is excellent the waiter is very helpful explaining the menu since it wasn't translated. As heard from previous reviews we were prepared to wait till the kingdom comes but still it would be nice to serve both parties at the same time with their main dish so one don't have to stare jealously at the other. They are recently renovating the entrance so enter from the hotel next to the actual door.
