★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het idee om de studenten dit deel van de opleiding te laten ervaren met echte gasten is helemaal top. Daarbij is het ook een mooie plek in Zuid Limburg om lekker te dineren.
The idea of letting the students experience this part of the training with real guests is absolutely great. It is also a nice place in South Limburg to have a nice dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Küche, erlesene Weine, sehr aufmerksames Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Aber: Man sollte mittags sowie abends etwa zwei Stunden Zeit mitbringen. Es ist halt kein "Fresstempel", sondern kulinarisch ein "Etoile"...
Great cuisine, fine wines, very attentive staff, good value for money. But: You should bring around two hours of free time with you at lunchtime and in the evening. It's just not a "food temple", but a culinary "Etoile" ...
