★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk restaurant, fijne sfeer en lekker eten. Gastvrouw zeer aardig, maar kan wat te lang aan tafel staan 'kletsen'. Voor ons geen probleem, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat niet iedereen daar van gediend is. Verder top.
 Nice restaurant, nice atmosphere and good food. Hostess very nice, but can sit at the table a bit too long to 'chat'. Not a problem for us, but I can imagine that not everyone likes that. Further top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vught...als we weer eens de A2 afrijden slaan we altijd af. Op weg naar wat nu Mae heet. Uitstekende zaak waar we heerlijk gaan lunchen of wat koffie drinken met het beroemde hazelnoot schuim gebakje...tip: goed voor 2 personen.
Vught...when we drive off the A2, we always turn. Towards what is now called Mae. Excellent place where we can have a delicious lunch or drink some coffee with the famous hazelnut foam pastry... tip: good for 2 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk gegeten. Mijn moeder was jarig dus gingen we uit eten. Eigenlijk wilde we naar het Geveltje, maar die was dicht. Alle andere restaurants waren vol of moest daar gereserveerd worden. Gelukkig was Mae erg gastvriendelijk en werden we warm verwelkomt. Lekker bier gedronken en tournedos gegeten. Als nagerecht een heerlijke dame blanche. Groeten Jurre.
Delicious eaten. It was my mother's birthday so we went out to dinner. We actually wanted to go to the Facade, but it was closed. All other restaurants were full or had to be reserved there. Fortunately, Mae was very hospitable and we were warmly welcomed. Drinking good beer and eating tournedos. For dessert a delicious dame blanche. Greetings Jurre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cosy and friendly restaurant. The service was excellent despite the large number of tables. Everything we ordered was home made and very tasty. There are options in the menu for vegetarians as well. Initially we came to Vught for another restaurant that was full, we decided to give it a try and we didn’t regret it.
