★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren genoten van de tapasbox van Minevitus. Veel variatie en ruim voldoende. Er zat een handgeschreven handeling bij van de Chef! Kortom een echte aanrader.
 Enjoyed the tapas box from Minevitus yesterday. Lots of variety and more than enough. There was a handwritten act from the Chef! In short, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had come to Weesp for a concert, and were wandering around looking for a place to eat dinner. We walked up to the young woman near the door to Minevitus and asked if we could see a menu. She said something like "We don't have a menu, but we do make great food." She asked each of us what we liked (I said fish and some green vegetables), then the chef selects from what is in his kitchen at the time (fresh vegetables from his garden, etc.) and creates a one of a kind dish for you. The green curry sauce was sooo good, the fish cooked to perfection, the vegetables were of course...fresh! If you live near Weesp, give yourself the gift of a meal here soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful surprise menu! A warm and welcoming ambience as you are received, followed by a selection of some of the most carefully considered cuisine and accompanying wine that i have experienced. Would highly recommend for a special occasion or if you are trying to impress!
