★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine dining menu with a bar & grill atmostphere. Or a casual dining at fine dining prices... either way, great food, friendly service. I have never purchased a €70 Steak before, but I guess I was determined to see what a kilo of bloody red meat would do to my colon. The short term results: it is a steak I will not soon forget. For long term results, check local hospitals. It was a great steak, and every food & drink item was above expectations. No regrets on my choices. Yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant experience was a rollercoaster. When we got our drinks, I was disappointed. The glass of “fresh” orange juice was only about halfway full, and clearly watered down. But the appetizer we got was absolutely delicious, so that made me feel better. However, when our steak came out, mine had already clearly been sitting around for some time, because it was cold. Not just room temperature, but absolutely cold. When I asked for them to take it back, they told me the only way they could heat it up was by making it “well done” instead of the “medium rare” that I had ordered. I refused, insisting that the steak was cold, and that paying a lot of money for awful food wasn’t reasonable. They agreed, and offered to make it up to me with a drink on the house and a new piece of steak. The new piece I got was delicious — not the best steak I’ve had, but good nonetheless. Plus, by the time I got it, my sides had already gotten cold because of how long I’d been forced to wait. And then the staff proceeded to kick us out of the restaurant, because someone had reserved our table, and they had now arrived to claim it. In all fairness, we had been warned about needing to vacate the table directly at 8pm, but this had only seemed viable before my order got messed up and we had to wait lord knows how long for them to fix it.
