If you’re not familiar with the concept, it’s a place where you order between 3-5 small plates and finish with a delicious dessert. Even with 4 plates, I did not feel stuffed when I left...I was full, but it didn’t feel like an American meal (if you know what I mean) as the portions were just right. I didn’t get a picture of my favorite dish, but it was a Duck Rillettes dumpling with kale and a seaweed broth. Incredible. For the most part, everything was seasoned perfectly and didn’t require any additional salt and pepper, except for the Venison Stew (with red cabbage and a red wine sauce—it was a bit sweet). I hope we get back there again before we return to the States when our expat journey ends next year.

The selection of French and Dutch cheeses was absolutely stunning and quite generous (as a French man, I wish it had been served with a bit more bread, though), and the dessert was deliciously original. This comes at a price, namely that the service is a little slow for a lunch (a bit more than 2 hours for 3 dishes + dessert). That said, I wish I had had more time to enjoy a 5-dish menu, and there is no doubt that I will come back. I heartily recommend this restaurant and send my compliments to the chef!

They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about. I liked a lot the fact that at the end of our dinner the chef came to our table in order to check if everything was good. Food was outstanding, comfort and complicate together, using the correct seasonal products. Prices it’s 100% worth it. And do not forget to taste these delicious desserts...
