★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, this is what I like. Possibly the best place to have dry-aged beef. I've not had it better anywhere else in Holland. Atmosphere is good, however it is noisy. But the food and service make that less important to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior of the place is quite interesting, They have a very open kitchen, and lots of various attributes that add to the atmosphere of the place. Very kind staff as well. The star they lost is because of the size of the portions. I ordered the Ossenhaas, and ended up stuffing myself with (separately ordered) fries and mayo, with a little meat in between for the flavour. Quality: 5 stars. Quantity: 2 stars. Staff: 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Toscany cuisine in.. Amersfoort. Great meat, which I have seen only once in Toscana Italy... Definitely soon to visit again.. I love these kind of restaurants. The location in an industrial environment, but that makes this place to jump out... The same as I saw one time in Toscana...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better meat restaurants of Amersfoort. They have good service and a variety of high quality food. When going here definitely go for the dry aged meat all the other dishes can be a little over priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly odd location, since it's in the middle of an industrial area. Also the building started life as some kind of warehouse, although they made it pretty cosy nonetheless. When the restaurant is full it tends to be a bit noisy due to the acoustics.
The menu is not long but there is value in doing only a few things and doing them well, which is the case here. If I was a vegetarian l would not eat here but if you love meat and fish this is definitely your place. The wine list is solid too.
The staff is friendly although it seems that some of them were still training on the job.
All in all it was a great experience.
