Onze Famiglia San Siro bestaat uit gastheren Ralph Boonstoppel en Lars van Dijk en chef-kok Tako Peters die samenwerken met een betrokken en hecht team. Met veel enthousiasme staan wij voor u klaar en met dezelfde passie als de eigenaren van het pand voor ons.
Restaurant San Siro zit namelijk in een historisch pand uit de 19e eeuw. Jarenlang was patisserie-lunchroom Noteboom daarin gehuisvest. Misschien zegt het u wel iets, een begrip in Utrecht was hun botersprits. Achter de authentieke houten voorgevel ging veel lekkers schuil en bovendien was het een plek van samenkomen. Waar dames elkaar opzochten onder het genot van thee en gebak terwijl de man des huizes aan het werk was. Deze tijden zijn veranderd, maar de culinaire hoogstandjes en het samenkomen houden wij vandaag de dag nog steeds in stand.
Binnen een hecht team van enthousiaste mensen, met kennis van product en informeel gastheerschap vertellen wij graag wat mooie wijn en spijs combinaties zijn.

The service and the food deserves a 5 star. Estimate 30 to 45 euros per person to make sure you enjoy the full experience.
Please make sur to book (otherwise try to go there outside of rush hours).
I highly recommend this restaurant.

They have a nice wine selection. I went for menu dello chef, as antipasto we had mackerel ( maccarello) with a twist, I don’t know why chef chose this fish as it’s a smelly fish. The secondo piatto was porchetta which was extremely delicious.
They serve fresh bread which is really nice as well.
As desert we had aperol pie, which didn’t taste nice at all, it was like a cake soaked in aperol.
The waiters were very very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled up on this place when we were looking for a restaurant with a terrace for a quick bite and we were positively surprised.
The starter (tuna) was good quality and served with side and garnished that go really well with the tuna without overwhelming the taste, so you could still enjoy the subtle taste tuna.
The main was ravioli served in truffle sauce (I think), which was delicious and not too heavy and well balanced flavour + the pasta of the ravioli was cooked Al dente.
On top of the good food, I appreciated the good service of the waitress the most. She (blond woman) was friendly, helped with good recommendations on wine/food, and Served us fast!
Can't wait for the next time - thank you for the pleasant lunch!

The burrata salad was so surprising, a mix of different textures and unexpected flavours.
The ravioli was well executed. And the beef was cooked 2 styles and both delicious.
Good value if you consider the overall experience and service.
