★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must in Rotterdam. A creative chef offering us his personal twist of Italian, French food and a dash of Asian flavors, specially in the desserts. Perfect wine choice matching dishes (loved the choice of having the Portuguese Esporão white wine in the wine selection). Super ambiance and service. Good stuff! I visit Zinc for over 20 years now and it is an institution in Rotterdam, even more so with its new owners.
