★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik snap best dat het druk kan zijn , maar om VIER weken mensen te laten bellen en wachten om terug te bellen is echt slechte service !! En dan vinden ze het gek dat de kosten zo hoog zijn !! Ik heb dus al die tijd nog geen afspraak kunnen maken maar ze zijn wel bij mij om de hoek aan de gang , dat wordt dus de volgende keer weer ruim 50 km om mij hulp te verlenen , als dat ooit nog gebeurt ?
I can understand it can be busy , but to have FOUR weeks call people and wait to call back is really bad service !! And then they think it's crazy that the costs are so high!! So I haven't been able to make an appointment all this time but they are going on around the corner from me, so that will be more than 50 km next time to give me help, if that ever happens again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas na drie terugbelverzoeken nog geen antwoord. Heel knap dat het leveren van een standaard douchestoel meer dan twee maanden in beslag neemt. Aparte situatie om zulke levertijden te handhaven om mensen te voorzien in hun noodzakelijke hulpmiddelen.
Unfortunately, no answer after three call-back requests. Very clever that it takes more than two months to deliver a standard shower chair. Separate situation to maintain such delivery times to provide people with their necessary tools.
