★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot with beautiful view of the Rhine. Very friendly staff and good German/Irish food. When we were there on a wednesday there was acoustic Irish live music. Had a great time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea and John were fantastic hosts. Fantastic building steeped in history with great views overlooking the Rheine where 600 vessels pass every day. Food was superb including the white asparagus which was in season. I would thoroughly recommend eating and drinking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the great reviews of the restaurant, and they did not disappoint. Good food, wonderful host who kindly and patiently explained the menu in German to us. The view of the Rhine was good too! At the end of the meal, we were even given a nice extra treat and wonderful stories that the host shared! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Fantastic view of the River Rhein,- Terrace direct on the Rhein, -We had Freshly baked Apfel Strudel!!, Freshly made waffels with Cherrys and wipped Cream( MMmm..), They have a Wheel Chair Accessable Entrance, plus Toilets for Disabled Guests. They Have Live Music- Gigs!! ( Check Restaurants Facebook/Website ), A Schnitzel Buffet on every Wednesday Night @18:00 : Reseverations are recommended, as it can be quit full.( Can be ordered for groups as well), German Beer on tap, Includes König Pils, Erdinger Weizen, Frankenheimer Alt Bier, Local ´schnapps´ ´Obstler´ and ´Weinbrant´, Irish Beer on tap. Killkenny, Guinness, Plus a Nice selection of Whiskeys ( Jameson, Paddy, Killbeggen, Glenlivet, Bushmills ). A super Location and Restaurant any time of the day or year-Recommended!!
